Not for someone who isn’t flexible
If you’re a beginner or someone who isn’t very flexible, look for a more sturdy (non-elastic) strap.

Light resistance
I really love the concept of this. I like that various stretching poses are printed on the band for easy reference. The loops are spaced well and offer a huge variety of stretching possibilities. The only thing that could be better, depending on what you are looking for, is the resistance. This band offers light resistance. I would prefer something a little less giving. Nonetheless, this is still a useful tool for stretching.
