    Excellent product!
I recently purchased the Buddy® Yoga Blocks 2 Pack, and they have truly transformed my yoga practice! These blocks are incredibly sturdy and supportive, making it so much easier to achieve proper alignment in various poses. One of the standout features is how effectively they reduce wrist pain during challenging poses. My daughter, who has been struggling with discomfort in her wrists, found that using these blocks allowed her to practice safely and comfortably. The extra height they provide helps in deepening stretches without straining. The texture is fantastic, offering a non-slip surface that gives confidence during movements. I really love stretching with these, they make it so much more effective.Overall, these Yoga Blocks are a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their yoga experience while minimizing discomfort. Highly recommended!

    Sturdy blocks
These are nice firm foam blocks for use in yoga and for alleviating the stress on the wrist while doing exercises that require using a flat hand on the floor…e.g: push ups. The place for one’s hand is pretty universal, so most people should find it comfortable enough (not too wide) for their grip. The block can be used two ways…on the side for a lower profile or on the end for a taller one. They can also be used just as a yoga block.I give 5 stars for the quality, however, there is one issue I am having; when I do a regular push up with hands wide for chest and shoulders, the height of the blocks (even in the low profile orientation) position my hand too high off of the floor and make doing a push up, especially on my toes so much more difficult, because it hyperextends my shoulder joints unless I use every ounce of my strength to hold my shoulders in alignment. When I do tricep push ups, because my arms are close to my sides, I don’t have near the pressure on my shoulders. These blocks do help with my wrist pain (my pain is at the area where my wrist meets my palm on the thumb side) by helping me keep my wrist straighter, however, I do have to concentrate to keep my weight toward the outside of my hand. I’m sure that this will get easier as I use them.

    Wrist saver!
I have wonky wrists and these blocks really help. I wish the flat sides were a little wider for stability. I’m a bit reluctant to use them for a side plank or downward dog. I’m worried the might fall over. But I would definitely recommend them to save your wrists.

    Product quality
Very nice. Relieves hand/wrist pressure and allows me to hold positions longer

  5. MaryKay

    Helpful for yoga poses.
    Very supportive and comfortable.

    Perfect for what I needed!
So far so good. I love the way I can grip these. They really help my wrist pain when doing poses that I am usually unable to do because of an old wrist injury. Like Downward facing dog or similar ones. They are sturdy enough to hold my overweight frame, and light enough to move around easily.

    Pretty good
There are no cutouts for hands on the lowest level of the blocks. If. you have small hands or a narrow web space between your thumb and first finger, the grip may be a little wide. I found it a bit cumbersome to figure out which way to turn them each time during a yoga class. They did a good job of keeping my wrists straight though.

  8. Red Dogs Rule

Great for individuals with limited wrist range of motion
This is a great product for individuals who want to continue doing Pilates and Yoga, but have limited range of motion in their wrists due to arthritis and wrist injuries. These blocks allow you to keep your wrists straight with less pressure and pain on the joint during workouts.

Wrist Buddy is amazing extremely helpful if suffering from weak wrists and fingers.

  10. Mackenzie B

I have hypermobile joints from Ehlers Danlos syndrome in my hands and started having issues with pain in the base of my thumbs last year. I can’t do a plank or anything with bodyweight on my flat hands anymore. These are a lifesaver and are keeping me going with pilates mat and yoga workouts. I’ve had them for about a year now and they have been so helpful for getting back into shape after injury! They aren’t perfect (they are a little big for my hands, etc.) but so much better than any other solution I’ve tried.

Entlastet die Handgelenke bei Übungen auf der Matte. An den veränderten Winkel gewöhnt man sich. Eine große Hilfe insbesondere beim Yoga. Eine gute Investition… Leider etwas teuer.. Ich möchte aber nicht mehr drauf verzichten.

  12. Emanuela

Meglio i miei vecchi push up bar. Ah, dimenticavo! Non riesci a fare chaturanga! Perché non riesci a scendere in mezzo!!
