This supplement actually made me feel worse than I was already feeling. I felt very down and sad with this supplement. I also was very bloated and just didn’t feel quite right when I was taking it. Listen to your body and what it’s telling you, don’t use something that makes you feel depressed and sad all the time. I just can’t give it a good rating.
