If you’re thinking about it, do it!
I was worried about getting not the infinity hoop brand but this works GREAT. it’s so easy to get going around it is a little noisy but not enough to bother me while I’m watching something to pass the time doing it. My Apple Watch thought I was on an elliptical !!! I felt more tired and my legs a little more sore than when I just do my exercise bike. I will def be doing this as part of my weight loss journey. If you are considering getting a hoop and are not sure about getting an expensive one. DO IT. the weight is perfect! I wouldn’t recommend having it sit on skin because it did pinch a few times but overall, amazing product. I will come back and update the review after I’ve done it for a few weeks to see if I notice any difference or loose any links. 🙂

All good…except worried about how my arthritic knees will handle it.
It seems sturdy enough. It works as advertised. It’s kinda fun and easy to use. BUT..I didn’t anticipate the movement being a problem for my arthritic knees. My knees weren’t liking it at all. Another not horrible but not great was linking and unlinking it was a bit hard. It might get easier with practice, but my hands are weak and that made it harder. I’ll continue to try it for a few more sessions, but after the first time I’m a little afraid of it irritating my knees. Otherwise, I think it would be a great low-impact exercise that’s not very strenuous and pleasant to do.

Give it time
I am adding a star as giving it more time. After a couple days have been able to get the hang of it and now able to use it for the much longer time periods. Jury still out on noticing loss in the waist yet.The product is not what I expected. It is loud and I have to really concentrate to keep the motion going so can get boring. Thought I could watch TV or listen to the radio at the same time. The video indicated doing for 30-40 minutes to see results. Currently can only complete for a couple minutes at a time.

This is so fun to use! It took me roughly 5-10 minutes to get used to. I could never hula hoop and now I’m a pro ! I feel it in my legs and whole stomach. This is such an awesome alternative to getting a good stomach workout. Some reviews mentioned it not being durable but I disagree it’s pretty sturdy and they also said it was loud and I don’t think so at all. You won’t regret buying it I love it

Great fitness hoop. I’ve wanted one for a while and chose this one. It’s quick and easy to put together. It does have a noise it makes but it doesn’t bother me as it helps you get into a rhythm. I did find it took more work to keep it swinging around than I thought. I’m not sure if it’s just this hoop or if they’re all like that. I could also be wearing it too low. It takes practice that’s for sure.
