High quality, might not be right for everyone
If you have a diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis, this might not be the exercise equipment for you. It seemed very nice and of high quality. I chickened out and never used it because of my back and also because of worrying about what would break in my small house if the weight ever went flying, but mainly because of my back issues. I gave it to a relative with a spine half as old as mine.

Low impact
The product is very good. Good quality. Is an excellent tool for people that want to start doing exercises. Right now I can only do low impact exercises and this has been a great product for me.

It will break!
It was a fun exercise and worked great for about 2 months.Then the roller and weight started getting clunky and would only go around a couple of times and would stop. When I took it apart, one of the wheels on the roller had lost all of its parts. There is now way to get in touch with the seller for a replacement, and no returning after 1 month. Unfortunately every other brand of weighted hoops have the same problem eventually happening, even the expensive Infinity Hoop. It’s a bummer because it was a really good way to get cardio in for someone who hates to exercise.

I am really enjoying this hoop. It’s different that a traditional hula hoop but once you figure out how to use it, it’s really great! I think smart hula hoops are on the louder side so definitely not something one can easily do without drawing some attention.Highly recommend this hoop. I love the extra links so it can be customized
