SUPER CUTE AND FUN EXERCISE BOARD
I love this exercise machine because it’s very fun and easy to use! You can really get a whole body workout with this thing. This will be fun to twist while listening to music or a podcast. I’ve had trouble with balance in the past, and I actually feel like this will help me improve my balance as well. It’s a little scary to get on it at first, but once you’re on it feels stable. The instructions didn’t really come with specific exercises that you can do, but as I use it, I’m finding moves that feel natural and intuitive to me. It feels good to just move while on it. Also, it’s really easy to store; it fits easily under my couch out of sight. My six-year-old even enjoys using this!
