Worth its weight in gold!
The only magnesium supplement that works. I take one before bed. I’ve been taking them for roughly 3 weeks now and what an improvement with sleep quality. Since the summer I’ve been waking up every few hours overnight, and introducing this has helped me immensely with staying asleep and being able to go back to sleep with an early morning wake up. Definitely relaxes my normally stressed out mind!

Magnesium is important her to take daily
I actually take this every night before bed it helps me sleep. I would recommend this 100% the dosage is not too too much and I take about 30 a day so it’s nice to have a gummy taking all those pills sometimes are hard to do everyday. I will absolutely buy more this

Best thing EVER for insomnia
I’ve tried almost everything to help with my insomnia: supplements, homeopathy, prescription medication, herbal teas, etc. But nothing had worked as well as this gummy. I can finally go into deep sleep for longer, which helps me wake up energized. I’ve recommended it to so many people. I swear by this product! Totally worth!!!

Worth the price & full of small surprises
I only gave it 4 stars because I’ve only been taken them for 2 weeks & I’m not sure exactly what it’s suppose to do & how long it’s suppose to take but I have noticed a few things: my brain fog is going away; I usually take forever to fall asleep but lately I get comfy & I’m knocked out I only sleep for a few hours (max 2-3 hours) but something is better than nothing; my swelling in my hands, legs, knees & feet is no longer an issues unless I’m on my feet for a long time & even then it’s not as bad…I guess it’s going to take time but to see some progress in such a few time frame is exciting…I hope it will help me too feel more like myself again because I have noticed I’m slowly getting a little more energy; I’m not as moody & I don’t get as cranky & angry as I used to & I don’t know if it’s suppose to do this but my cravings went away & I’m barely hungry I just snack throughout the day…I’m glad I got them hopefully as the days go bye I will see more progress…my next physical is coming up hopefully my deficiencies improve…I’m not a gummie fan due to texture issues but I do all my supplements in gummy I just chew quickly & swallow them & they do taste good & for the price it’s worth it because you get a 3 months supply I will definitely be ordering again

Amazing sleep aide!
These are great to help with sleep! I am able to wake up naturally and without the grogginess side effect of melatonin. The Magnesium complex really helps me to relax my mind and fall asleep naturally. My own personally doctor also highly suggested them for me as well!

Elimination of leg cramps!
These have helped with a problem I was having with leg cramps, as a bonus they seem to be lowering my blood pressure. I take two each morning and am on my 2nd order, they taste fine and I plan to make them a continued part of my daily supplements.
