Had a chance to try my sister’s & liked so much, I immediately purchased myself. Only curled my hair for special occasions since it would take so long with a curling iron. This sped it up so much-will definitely be able to have curls more often. Also love the double feature of straightener & curler-great for travel.

I was wondering what the hype was about for this flat iron. My old unit died on me, so here I am getting a replacement. I love this one simply because it doesn’t burn me when trying to use it. Most likely due to the fan! It’s a bit on the noisy side, and I share that as I was sitting at my desk trying to flat iron my hair. It heats up fast! Cools down fast too. I have 4C hair and I can tell you it did everything it should have done and then some.

I would say 4.5 for now. A 5 would be its durability that I can’t speak on until a year from now. I’m a Black woman with relaxed hair. Growing out from a very short pixie so about 3 inches. When my hair is longer, I typically roller set to prevent heat damage from flat/curling irons. I also don’t like the scent of “burnt” hair smell from flat irons. I wanted a tool to maintain my hair between 2 weeks salon visits. After being bombarded with ads and reading hours of reviews, I chanced it. I will say that I use the same products at home that is used on my hair at the salon. Products makes a huge difference in the finish results. For Black folks, I used wrap foam, wrapped my hair and dried it under a salon strength hooded dryer. IYKYK. For all others, this iron exceeded my expectations. I kept on the two lowest settings and it curled my hair tightly. When I received it, I was concerned about it being able to grip my short hair and curl it tightly, but it did. Curls were juicy! The following day, my hair was still beautifully full. Again, tons of credit to my products and the condition of my hair. No shedding from burnt hair and no burnt hair smell either. It’s a WIN for me!

I had an old GHD hair straightener that I only use for my baby hairs and little fly away as I use a thermal brush but can’t get close to those baby hairs. I wanted to replace it with a sleek straightener which had a lock for storage purposes so this one is pretty cool since it closes together automatically and has auto shut off. Not sure what was going on with my GHD but it would get extremely hot that it wasn’t doing what I wanted my hair to do. Since I have these little baby hairs and I don’t like to part my hair in the middle, I use the straightener to make it go to the right side and for some reason my GHD was making it too straight that my baby hairs would stick out. Not sure if I’m making any sense lol but this one was smooth and styled it the way I wanted, also knowing my hair wasn’t getting damaged. Definitely worth the money!

This combo flat iron curler curled my hair OK but I thought it would curl a little tighter than it did. Maybe it’s just my hair, but I didn’t get the curls I thought I would and after about an hour, the curls disappeared. I think it would be better as a flat iron. I do like the fan feature to keep your hair from burning.

I have been using the TYMO Airflow 2.0 Curling Iron Flat Iron – Hair Straightener and Curler for a few weeks now. I LOVE this iron! I have every texture of hair and it takes forever to do anything to it. I used to have to start the night before and use a ton of hair product to get any results. However, this iron is a game changer. Not only can I stop using multiple irons and products, it only takes 20 minutes to get ready and out the door to start my day. The barrel is cool enough to the touch to not burn your neck, ear or face. As I mentioned my hair is past my shoulders and multi textured. It also works great on my mom’s hair who’s is thin and a very different texture than mine. There are multiple heat settings. You can straighten, curl, wave and more. The only downside is it is loud like a blow dryer when in use. That being said, it is soooo worth it! Most days my husband leaves before I do so no worries there. On the 2 days I leave before him, I use the other bathroom. If you are looking to upgrade your old iron or get a new one, this i sthe one. Always, remember You are beautiful.

Es tan fácil alaciarme el cabello con esta plancha y rápido, aunque tengo que admitir que utilizo productos de la línea dream liso de loreal y eso hace que mi liso sea mucho mejor, esta plancha rizadora tiene las 3B, buena, bonita y barata, así que no duden en comprarla, no se van a arrepentir.(tengo demasiado cabello, así que puedo decir con toda seguridad, que es la primera vez que me lo alacio fácil y rápido)
