Great Arm Workout Tool – Simple, Effective, and Adjustable!
I got this arm trainer recently, and it actually works really well. It’s simple to use but gives a surprisingly good workout for the chest, arms, and shoulders. I like that it comes with multiple springs so you can adjust the resistance — makes it good for both lighter warm-ups and harder training.The grips are comfortable, and the whole thing feels sturdy when you press it together. I’ve been using it at home while watching TV, and I can already feel the burn after a few sets. It’s also small enough to store easily, which is nice if you don’t have a big home gym.For the price, I’m really happy with it. A great little tool for toning arms and upper body at home

Easy, convenient and effective trainer!
This is a nice piece of exercise equipment for people who want something easy to grab and go. I’m trying to incorporate more strength training and this trainer was easy to assemble and fits nicely on the floor between our couch and end table, making it effortless to grab and do a few exercises during commercials, etc. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and the exercises feel effective (I have been sore afterwards, so I know it’s doing something!) It comes with a small sheet of suggested exercises, as well as two resistance settings (you substitute out the bars in the middle to change the resistance). I will say that it’s not very comfortable when using it for the leg exercises. The padding doesn’t really cover where it hits my legs, and the metal is very uncomfortable. But it’s great for the upper body! I’m knocking off a star because although I know they are marketing this toward women, as a woman myself, I could do without the pink color and the box design seems a little odd as well. Really anyone could use this exercise equipment and a nice grey or even black would be fine.

Great for beginners
Ideal use is for someone who is in the early stages of their workout journey, this is not difficult at all. It is easily adjustable between 20 and 60 lbs so it is very versatile and can grow as you do. My mother uses the lighter weight spring(20-40lbs). I use both springs depending on whether I’m working on my arms or my legs. Overall I really like how versatile this is for a whole body workout.

Was a sent a used product
I was very disappointed when j received this. It was a used product. I received this free through vine for my review. The box came and it was used. Taken apart and shoved back in the crushed box. Makes me concerned to even try it. Don’t know who’s used this and if their sweat was on it.

Handy on RV trip on the road to recovery and California
My wife is recovering from surgery so this piece of exercise equipment is wonderful as she can do light weight or heavier workout based on how she feels. The torsion bars that bend to provide the resistance come in two levels. A 20-40 pounds of pressure and a 40-60 pounds of pressure.Can be used like the old thigh master from the early nineties or anyway you like. Arms or legs.Because my wife has limited movement this allows her to do as little or as much as she wants all from the couch while catching up on her favorite show.The pink foam around the torsion bars and the handles is soft and allows for a firm grip.Carry this now in our RV as well as once unassembled it takes up little to no room.Fully assembled for use it is about 25.5 inches long depending on which setting hole you select.

Get Stronger with this Twister Arm Trainer
I ordered this Twister Arm Trainer to help in my journey back to optimal health after a few years of illness and surgeries. It works just like I hoped it would. It was easy to assemble and it is small enough to fit under my chair or couch so I can use it for a few minutes at a time throughout the day while I’m watching tv. I love the pink color as it matches some Pilates equipment I ordered last month. Don’t let the color fool you though. This twister arm trainer would work for a man just as well. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a sheet of exercises and it is easy to adjust the resistance. It is made well and is a high quality item.

Bad instructions, ok device
To my surprise, this works better than I thought it would. That said, it is a little wobbly for exercise equipment due to the “level of resistance” selection mechanism. You push the metal button in and awkwardly move both sides down to the next hole. These kinds of mechanisms are always too stiff or not stiff enough. This one falls into the not stiff enough category as I could hear it rattling as I used it.Yhe instructions leave a lot to be desired. It’s difficult to tell from the pictograms what the woman is doing. The warning section might be filled with great advice like “Avoid prolonged and intense exercise.”, but it also sounds like it is for a different device as it talks about elastic bands and buckle ab rollers then says it must be used on sturdy flat ground.All that said, it does seem to work and it does come with expansion capabilities like adjusting the resistance or switching to a higher weight of spring.

Resistance trainer works great
I can honestly say that I feel the burn after using this. I feel like I can tell a difference. It has the weights listed on the bars and it is adjustable to suit your needs. I like that I can work my arms and my thighs with this without stepping into the gym. It feels like it is made well and has held out great with my daily use. On the plus side, my son has taken an interest in using this as well. It doesn’t take up much space so it is easy to store away when not in use.
