UPDATE!!After leaving my initial review, the seller promptly got in touch with me and offered to compensate me for the missing pieces and the fact that I had to give my customers a discount for the tumblers they ordered due to not having the rubber bottom piece. I very much appreciate them reaching out and being so proactive to help correct any mistakes. Due to this desire to provide excellent customer service to me as a small business owner, I will definitely order this product again! They did sublimate beautifully 🫶🏻I received my package on time (yesterday) but there were no rubber bottoms to attach and there was no shrink wrap included. I had to double check because I always order tumblers with those things included. Disappointed but I have an order due today so I have to use what I have.
