Easy to use
I have used my fair share of items to help get a good stretch, so decided the old towels and thin blankets were going in the trash and I was investing in a good stretching strap. My PT taught me a ton of stretches to help relieve the various aches and pains and to keep my muscles moving correctly when I am in pain and I have done okay with towels, but am now finding it so much easier with this strap. It is plenty long enough that you can stretch anything – you just hold it at a different point to make it easier. There are large loops in the entire length of the strap that are large enough you can put your foot in (even when it is in a big fluffy slipper sock like in my picture) or that you can slip over your hands and wrap around your wrists. It is easy to use, works great, and I am so glad I finally invested in this. I can imagine it works great for dancers and sports people since I am just a fibro-stricken stressed mama who has to find creative ways to take care of myself when I am focused on everyone else and I had great success with it. It is awesome!
