Fantastic wireless scanner!
I ordered this desktop Bluetooth barcode scanner by TEEMI to aid in the “automation” of my inventory handling. I currently have a wired scanner and it is increasingly cumbersome. It is so much easier and quicker just to be mobile and take the scanner to the item instead of needing to pick up the item and take it to the scanner. With this portable scanner I expect to be able to process inventory changes and additions much faster and efficiently. Installation could not be any easier. Just plug the smart cradel into the USB port of the computer and the computer automatically is linked. To activate the Bluetooth connection to the base, all you have to do is long-press on the scanner button and you are ready to start wirelessly scanning. This unit is solid and substantial and is highly recommended.Review for: TEEMI TMSL-58CR 1D/2D Bluetooth Barcode Scanner with Smart USB Cradle | Easy Swap Replaceable Battery | Automatic Charging Base | Hands-Free Auto Sense Mode for Fast Scanning 2409-007

Great scanner for different uses.
Scanner worked well right out of the box. Paired easily with my Win10 laptop as well as my iPad Air when following the instructions available in the included manual or on the product page at Inateck’s website. A handy “cheat card” with scannable barcodes to initiate BT pairing and switch back and forth in inventory modes is also included. Unit is light and ergonomic with TPU construction- doesn’t feel “cheap” but also doesn’t feel rugged; however, manufacturer claims it withstands repeated 6ft. (1.8m) drops to concrete floor. I have yet to test that claim. LOL!Had an issue when uploading a batch scan (“Inventory Mode”) via my laptop to our Cloud-based inventory program where the data transmission speed was too fast and caused an import error. Sent an email to their customer support department at 2:04 pm on Wednesday; received a response at 4:04 pm with detailed, thorough instructions on how to resolve it, complete with the latest firmware files, their bootloader and updated user manual as attachments. After following her step-by-step instructions, I was able to adjust the data transmission speed to 64ms and voila! Batch scan import worked perfectly!! Apparently the firmware update added the ability to adjust the data transmission speed from 0ms (default) to 128ms.

Easy to use!
I now have a method to scan and have a list of the paperback books I own. I was previously just entering them in a Word file, but then I’d forget to update it. So this will make it so much easier to scan and get my list updated. I especially love the fact that it is wireless, just charge it and you are ready to go.

Inventory management beast
I was wanting something like this to help with inventory management of my IT stuff at work. This has been a perfect sidekick to help with barcode scanning. Having the ability to scan rather than enter things manually is so convenient. The scanner itself works great and is super easy to use!

Not sure if it’s this device or an app, but keeps scrolling up
All the Bluetooth functionality works perfectly and charging works great. Was super easy to connect but the problem I have when using my point of sale on my iPad is that when I’m adding a new item, immediately after scanning a UPC, the app scrolls all the way up to the top of the screen. This slight j convenience is extremely annoying when you are inputting 100’s of items a day, but I’m not sure if it’s the scanner or the app itself that’s flawed.

Great!
Worked great! I got tired of typing in dozens of barcodes over and over. This saves so much time. Setup was very simple, all I had to to was plug in and go. No issues, working very easy so far!
