Great! Lids challenging but I think I’ve figured it out!
I love these overall, my drink stays hot for hours, and I love that the lids slide closed and vacuum seal it shut. As mentioned in other reviews, the lids are a hassle to take apart for cleaning. I had originally tried what one reviewer said and put it into the closed position then used the handle of a spoon (forks are dangerous lol) thru the mouthpiece to pop it off, then back on forcefully- I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS! The grooves on each side of the sliders were getting chipped, and this was only after a few days of use/washing. This in turn caused what another reviewer had mentioned- where my slider was popping up when in the closed position, and the vacuum seal function doesn’t work anymore. I attached pics and video of the broken pieces.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! I immediately contacted the seller via email as suggested on the packaging insert, and they got back to me within half a day. I explained the situation and sent my pics/videos and I am able to get replacement lids.HOW TO CLEAN LIDS: I suggest just sticking them into the dishwasher, slider in the middle position- neither open nor closed, and set upright on the top rack so the water can thoroughly wash inside and rinse out, and dry out. (make sure to remove the seal ring and wash seperately) I did this today and worked well.-OR-I have also found that because of the grooves, if you actually wedge a spoon handle along one side of the slider (side where the grooves are) and push downward toward the opposite groove, and pull it out from just the one side where your releasing the groove, it’ll keep them better intact. (I hope that makes sense!) And you’ll have to basically do the exact same thing to get it back in without snapping the grooves off- and it was easier to do this technique with slider in the middle of the lid.Sorry for long review! But I really do like these! The colors are beautiful (I got a 2 pack pink and gray) and they’re overall sturdy and dare I say better than my yeti I’ve had for a few years now! The sliding lid with vacuum seal is such a cool feature, as long as you don’t mind a little work to get them clean and keep them in one piece! I RECCOMEND!

Keeps drinks hot or cold, feels solid, looks great.
I’ve been using thispretty much every day, and it’s been a solid go-to for both my hot and cold drinks. Keeps my hot chocolate warm for hours and doesn’t sweat when I throw something cold in it. The powder-coated finish actually feels good in the hand and gives it a nice grip, plus the navy blue looks sharp. The lid fits tightly and it didn’t leak when I knocked it onto the floorboards in my car when I was driving. For a basic travel mug, it does exactly what I need it to and feels like good quality for the price. It’s not ot heavy and functions just the way it should. I’m very happy with it and I’d definitely grab another one.

The SUNWILL Coffee Tumbler has quickly become my go-to travel mug for daily use. It keeps my coffee hot for hours thanks to the double-wall vacuum insulation, and the 20 oz size is just right—not too bulky, but big enough to hold a full cup plus a little extra. Great Product!
Great product! Purchased as a replacement for a lost tumbler. Keeps my coffee warm for most of the morning. Keeps my cold drinks cold for most of the afternoon. Definitely leakproof! Just a FYI, let the steam from your got beverage escape otherwise the top will pop off.

Keep my drink hot all day and works better than the owala. I’m a Nurse and I like my coffee hot, sometimes I have an emergency and cannot get to my coffee. After 4 hours in the owala it’s barely warm, 4 plus in this mug and the temperature is the same as when I poured it in. This comment is a year after my purchase and still using the same mug.

I’ve been using travel mugs for around 40 years. This is the one! It has a great seal keeps it hot and the price is excellent. This is the cup you need.

3 Stars for mug, 1 Star for the lid……
The mug is beautiful, good size, great color and fits your hand perfectly. BUT the lid is ridiculous. It is easy to push on, seems like it is sealed but it pops up and leaks all over your clothes. Ironically, when you finally get it to stay sealed, then you can’t get it off. It is impossible to sip from the lid because of the way it is seated and since the lid is unpredictable as to when it will pop up, I am terrified of burning myself with hot liquid. Disappointed, gave 3 stars because mug is good but lid is useless.
