Used for rehab and stretching. The loops throughout make adjustments easy. Would buy again

Achieve more poses
With the loops it is easier to achieve more poses while at yoga and work on stretching recommended by physical therapy. Door mount is flimsy and pulled henges off bedroom door trying to support weight when pulling leg up; works better on fire door or another heavy steel door like into a garage.

Perfect for home PT
After ankle surgery my Dr wanted me to do PT at home before/during/and after I was doing it at the Physical Therapy office. This worked perfectly and has the multiple hand grip areas just like what the therapist has me use.
