Not “stretchy” but great for yoga!Finally had a chance to use this today and loved it!It is sturdy, and has many loops to insert your foot for extended stretching. And it is a great length for upto 6ft individuals.The green color is not my personal choice, but functionally this is spot in!Storing it will be a bit of a hassle due to the sturdiness. It doesn’t roll up compactly. Just note that.I still recommend this! It was under $10 and I loved it.

After knee surgery at the end of 2024, I am working through increasing my knee flexibility and physical therapy. This rigid nylon strap with loops is used for some of the daily recommended exercises and stretches.

This is a well-made and versatile strap for yoga/stretching/physiotherapy use.It is long enough even for those with very long legs and has plenty of options (12) for choice of length.The material appears to be very strong and the loops are sewn together with plenty of strong thread.Although it is an item chosen more for its practicality than its appearance, I just wish it had been made in a slightly different material. The ‘forest green’ colour that has a significant sheen to it would not be my first choice.At £9.99 this seems good value.
