Solid makeup brushes. Obviously not the most expensive or name brand, however, these are right up with them. The brushes are soft, no fall out on the bristles, and they do an excellent job. You really don’t need the expensive ones. These do the job just as well. Everything was exactly as described and all brushes pictured as well as eggs are exactly what you will receive.

However, I am concerned about the cleaning instructions. They say not to soak or wring the bristles because they’ll fall out. I clean my brushes regularly because skin hygiene is super important to me. While, I certainly don’t go roughly twisting the bristles, I certainly soak them in my brush cleaning tank—especially those I use for foundation and face creams—which, given this set is primarily larger brushes, is what I will mostly be using these for. I can use one or two for powder—and, maybe, I’ll use these as disposable travel brushes—but I probably won’t use most of them for day-to-day use since I can’t clean them thoroughly.

The brushes are a good quality product especially given how much the product is!You get a brush of every size you’d need in this set. The brushes work really well —surprisingly well for its price point.The brushes are soft and deliver perfect make up looks! I’m really impressed with this product especially given its price point!

This ZUTCOGO makeup applicator set exceeded my expectations. The brushes and sponges are drug store quality (as opposed to dollar store quality). The sponges are durable and don’t crumble when washed. The brushes perform well and don’t shed. My niece is just starting out with makeup so I considered giving her this set, because it has all the types of applicators she’d need. But I liked it so much that I kept it for myself. Price (at the time of this review) is $8, which is a very good deal for 13 nice pieces.
