    My Sleep Has Been Recovered!
    My therapist suggested this book to me. It took me awhile to get through it, but I wanted to make sure I fully absorbed the information. The simple sleep sequence is easy and helped both me and my eleven year old. I notice that nights where we skip it we tend to toss and turn or wake up too early. Thankful we have this book to refer back to when we need it!

    When I started out reading this book, I was excited. The style is warm and personable, and the information given was relevant to me at the time. However, my joy soon turned to dismay when I discovered that in several chapters, entire text passages are missing. In a digital edition, there is no excuse for this type of shoddy publishing. Don’t waste your money, buy the paper version

    This book is an engaging and interesting read and helped me sleep better. It has also helped restore my energy levels during the day. I’m so happy I discovered it and read it. It gives a good comprehensive strategy to combat poor sleep; the most effective part for me being the simple yoga sequence to do before bed. I’m still practicing it months later. So lovely to do. I really recommend this book. I’ve bought it for not only myself, but my sister and a friend!

    A great little guide to helping yourself and others have better sleep. There’s enough science to provide solid backup, without being indigestibly academic and dense. Offering plenty of easy to implement tips, tricks, easy yoga techniques and simple lifestyle advice. Something there for everyone.
