Fixed my shoulder pain
TLDR: It works amazing, but if you have a small neck, you have to do some finagling to get it in the right spot.I have a old repeatative motion injury in my left shoulder. My job is very physical, I have a new baby, and I clench my shoulders when I am stressed. My shoulder would burn and ache all day. I needed something to help besides ibuprofen.First time i used it, I didn’t like it. I thought, I’ll try it one more time and then if I still don’t like it I’ll send it back.Next day I got it to sit nicer on my shoulder/neck. It was heavenly. I used it 4 days in a row in different spots. I am pretty sure i bruised my muscles from how much I used it, so I took a break for two days. And my shoulder pain was gone for the first time in months.I think the reason I didn’t like it the first time was because my neck is narrow enough it slides into it, which is very uncomfortable after a bit.

It does what it says it does, Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat
I carry my anxiety in my back and shoulders with tight muscles. So, years ago, I purchased a percussive neck massager that wraps around the shoulders to keep it in place. It thumps and pounds the muscles. It needs to be plugged in, which limits where I can use it.When I read about the Shiatsu massager with heat that kneads the neck and shoulders, I became interested. When I learned that this one uses its built-in batteries, I was sold. I am using it now as I write this. What can I say? It does what it says it would do: shiatsu massage the neck and provide heat. Aah.Now I wish they would make a back massager with these same features.

I had to write this review. This is very good pressure than expected, hit the painful neck and shoulder so good. Also, it’s very simple and easy to use as it has only 4 buttons with remote but it’s a cordless so you can use wherever you want to. The quality is high with this price, recommended!

Too small for what I wanted.
The pressure and speed was perfect for what I needed, but it was too small and the little “finger” portion didn’t reach even the top of my shoulder blade area. Battery life didn’t seem that long, either that or it automatically shuts off at 10-15 mins or if pushing back/sitting back against it with light pressure. Had to return due to size because I wanted the finger part to reach a bit lower. Otherwise, great neck massage. And worked fairly decent on legs.

Feels pretty good
Tried it for a few minutes out if the box and was impressed. The 2 longer knobs don’t always reach so you have to position the massager just right. The 2 big knobs feel pretty nice though and do most of the work, I get massive aching in my back neck from bad posture so I wanted to try this. It’s heavy as others said but I’m a big shoulder dude so I’m fine with it. The elderly may find it too clunky/heavy though. Not really for kids either it was weighing my daughter down. The pulsating feature is ok but is very delicate so I like the full spin mode on high. The click strap is great to hold it on. Looking forward to this after work when my neck is killing me. The heat in the middle is great too, you really feel it.
