This vibrating plate is great! It is very sturdy, stable and helps with so much. A surprising effect I did not know about is that it personally helps with my digestion and bowel movements. I usually use this in the morning to help wake my muscles up, for circulation and lymphatic drainage. It puts me in a good mindset and calms me. I believe this is due to the stimulation of the vagus nerve. I love that it comes with resistance bands for added exercise. I’m so glad I bought this! I was skeptical! The vibration plate is super sturdy and it feels very stable when I’m using it (it has suction cups on the feet too!) The remote makes it really easy to switch settings, and I like that it comes with the resistance bands so I can add in some arm work while standing on it. (Or for a little balance if needed).I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and I can already feel the difference in my muscles—especially my legs and core. It gives you a surprisingly good workout without needing a lot of time. Plus, I’ve noticed it helps me feel less sore after workouts, almost like a massage. This vibration exercise machine is excellent, it works as a lymphatic drainage thanks to the vibration movements. I’mm looking to lose weight and this has helped me a lot, since this vibration machine helps circulation and also detoxification naturally. I love resistance bands and guides for execution and postures to work body parts, such as: legs, buttocks, arms… it is easy to use, since with a single touch it starts to work, it also does not take up much space. I need another one to give to my mother for Christmas. I highly recommend it.
