How to connect the Starfit APP with the scale?
1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

received my scale yesterday. I was excited to try it out and see what kind of data it would provide. Right out of the box, it was fully charged. The Starfit app was very simple to set up and get dialed in with my info and goals. The Scale itself is stout and well-built, with no loose parts, making it a nice and solid scale.Turning it on and watching it come to life was a simple process. I put my phone next to the table, opened the app, as the instructions state.You step on the scale with bare feet, ensuring your feet cover the metal pads on the scale. You hold the handle part as instructed, making sure your thumbs are on their metal pads and all four fingers are on their metal pads. You step on the scale with one foot to activate it. When it shows 0.00 in the window, it is ready for you to step on. Hold your arms in the correct position. The scale will take your weight very fast, then about 4-5 seconds after, your phone will start to play some music (you can turn this off), the handheld screen will show a person’s body with the energy waves going through the arms, legs, and body. Maybe 15 seconds and then the music stops, you can relax your arms and watch the screen, it will show you a bunch of data over the next 10 seconds if you want to watch it. If not the app will have an amazing report for your to view, More data then you can imagine. Honestly, some real solid information all well presented and logical order. Some of it was like a Blood test, with your numbers and the range of normal numbers as well as a graph of where you are on the scale. The report is very informative and can be printed on a single page of paper as well as tracked in the unit.Yea, I am inpressed and excited to see how my body changes, not just my cloths fitting better but no muscle loss or minimual muscle loss and plenty of body fat lost.best purchase so far. I will update in 30 days and then again at 60 days.

Outstanding Smart Scale
The design is sleek as it claims. Setup was simple. Make sure to read through the manual to understand the features (like with any new device), downloaded the app and filled the required info (correct height, age, and gender are a must for accuracy), connected my phone to the scale via Bluetooth and WiFi (the WiFi option is a great bonus), stepped on the scale, and within seconds, a detailed breakdown of my health data appeared on my phone. It all took only a few minutes. One of my favorite features is the large surface. It makes it super easy to stand on and the large color display makes it much easier to read my results. My other favorite features is the segmental body analysis. It’s been incredibly helpful in tracking changes over time and focusing on specific areas of my body that need work.It’s sturdy, accurate, and FSA/HSA eligible, which is a big plus. I like how it points out exactly which metrics of my body need the most attention. The data is pretty easy to read. It’s been huge in motivating m for health management. Directions and App are Very straight forward, easy to use, and extremely insightful. I’ve had this scale for a while and tested its functionality over time and it hasn’t disappointed. For best results, making periodic comparisons, and monitoring progress, I’ve found that weekly to biweekly weigh-ins work best. It gives you a clearer picture of trends without getting caught up in daily fluctuations. Overall, this scale is amazing value for money. Just remember, it is a smart device, so treat it like smart tech. Learn it, use the app, and you’ll absolutely love it! Highly, Highly Recommend!!

Excellent Weight Scale that keeps you on track.
This smart scale is a game-changer for anyone serious about their health and fitness goals. It’s so much more than just a weight scale!Right out of the box, the setup was a breeze. I downloaded the Starfit app, paired it via Bluetooth in just a minute, and was ready to go. The scale itself feels incredibly sturdy and well-made, not flimsy at all. The retractable handle is a fantastic feature, making it easy to get a full-body analysis.The real magic happens when you get your results. It gives you an incredible amount of detail—28 different body composition metrics including body fat, muscle mass, and even bone density. The bright, colorful screen on the handle shows you the most important stats immediately, which is a great touch. The app, however, is where the data really shines. It presents everything in clear, easy-to-read graphs and reports, letting you track your progress over days, weeks, and months. It even syncs seamlessly with Apple Health and Fitbit.This scale has completely changed how I think about my fitness journey. Instead of just focusing on the number on the scale, I can see if I’m gaining muscle while losing fat, which is much more motivating. Da meine alte Analysewaage mit den Körperfettwerten sehr springt, teils bis zu 1,5% Körperfett, Muskelmasse und Wasser, habe ich nach einer Waage gesucht, welche recht wiederholgenau misst. Schon die alte Waage war eine mit Handgriff und 8 Elektroden. Aber das Springen der Werte hat den Spaß an den Messungen vermiest. Von einem Tag auf den anderen 1kg Muskelmasse verloren, dafür an Fett zugelegt… Nicht sehr realistisch. Zumal die Messungen stets morgens direkt nach dem Aufstehen statt fanden. Klar ist, dass die Körperzusammensetzung sehr schwankt. Ständig kommt oben was rein und geht hinten wieder raus, Kohlenhydrate binden Wasser, was bei kohlenhydratreicher Ernährung zu einer scheinbaren Zunahme führt. Lässt man die Kohlenhydrate weg, wird man das gebundene Wasser wieder los und nimmt scheinbar rapide ab.Mit der neuen Waage habe ich bisher noch keine Erfahrungen. Was ich aber richtig klasse finde, unter Fitdays wird die Waage ebenfalls erkannt und ich kann sie als neues Gerät hinzufügen. Somit kann ich mit der App meiner alten Waage weiter machen und muss mir keine neue App herunter laden und mich neu registrieren. Zudem habe ich die Unterschiede der beiden Waagen direkt vor Augen. Während meine alte Waage mir 26% Körperfett bescheinigt hat, liege ich bei der neuen jetzt bei 31%. Beim Körperwasser bin ich dafür jetzt von 54% runter auf 50% und Muskelmasse von 62kg runter auf 58kg. Also die Messwerte haben sich deutlich verschoben. Logisch, die Waagen werden auch deutlich andere Messzyklen und Techniken verwenden. Zumal die neue Waage ein aktuelles Modell ist, während die alte Waage aus dem jahr 2024 stammt und kurz danach nicht mehr verfügbar war.Fazit: Sie macht einen sehr wertigen, gut verarbeiteten Eindruck. Die Menge der Messwerte füllt das Smartphonedisplay über viele Seiten und sie ist auch mit Fitdays kompatibel, so dass nicht zwingend die vom hersteller empfohlene App verwendet werden muss. Weitere Details wie Messgenauigkeit und Wiederholgenauigkeit werden sich mit der Zeit zeigen.

Ottima bilancia chi vuole stare bene con il suo corpo la consiglio. È precisa. Come materiale direi ottimo, ha un display a colori. L’applicazione è fatta bene, ho confrontato con un’altra bilancia che ho in possesso e posso dire che la qualità si vede anche pagando un po’ di più.

Fazit vorweg: die Waage kann mit den professionellen Geräten im Fitnessstudio mithalten.Kaufgrund: unsere bisherige Waage hat nur 4 Messpunkte und ohne Handsensoren werden bestimmte Messwerte nur hochgerechnet und sie nicht genau.Die Waage sieht schick aus und ist schnell im Einsatz. Zur Nutzung benötigt man die App Starfit, nach kurzer Registrierung verbindet man die Waage per Bluetooth und schon geht’s los.Wichtig bei der Nutzung: die Handsensoren müssen auf Bauchnabelhöhe im 45 Grad Winkel gehalten werden, ansonsten schlägt die Messung fehl, wird allerdings in der App auch angezeigt. Nach zwei bis drei Versuchen klappt das dann auch.Die Ergebnisse passen 1:1 Zundern Werten aus meinem Fitty, so dass ich davon ausgehen kann, das sie sehr präzise Ergebnisse liefert.Die Auswertungen können in einem Diagramm mit den vorangegangenen Daten verglichen werden, praktisch um sehen zu können wo alles passt und wo man mehr Gas geben muss. Wir nutzen die Waage zu zweit mit zwei verschiedenen Profilen, es können aber auch noch mehr angelegt werden.Großes Plus in puncto Umwelt: der Hersteller hat mitgedacht und verzichtet auf ständigen Batteriewechsel, es wird per USB-C geladen! Top!Preis/Leistung und Nutzen passt hier, von daher gibts eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
