  1. LakeLife

Adjustable as needed for height to get best use
Was exactly what I needed. Had my knee replaced, was told by therapist to follow the exercises 3 times a day.

  2. Ginger F. Heuker

very useful to build beyond PT After Knee reolacement
Loops allow a variety of exercises. Seems durable and I like the red and black colors as well as numbers low consistent use and adjustment.

  3. Rita Robinson

    Well built
Worked well and use it for some stretches for core exercises

  4. Amazin’ Grandpa

    Non-stretchy stretching strap
This stretching strap with loops is non-elastic, so it’s got a firm hold. The loops are helpful for specific stretches to really get into muscles – especially leg stretches. The fabric and stitching has held up great.

  5. Cambria

    Perfect
Great strap for stretching. I just started PT and this is great to have at home. There are many loops so you can tailor your exercises for what works best for you. They are numbered so you know how much progress you make or you can make sure you use the same holds every time. It feels like it’s made of good material…a lot like a seat belt, actually; it’s pretty thick and not stretchy at all (which is a good thing, in case you were wondering). It’s easy to get your feet/hands in the different loops. It even comes with a little pamphlet of stretches/ways to use it (there’s more than the one I took a photo of, I’m just not going to put them all on here…not fair to the manufacturer). Worth the cash!

  6. Mhow

Exactly what we needed to continue our home physical therapy stretches.
I got this stretch strap because it was the same one my daughter’s physical therapist had her using. It’s great once you know how to use it. It’s got numbers to assist in placing. She had a minor muscle tear in her quad from playing sports and this thing is a God send. It’s extremely durable, you can practically play tug of war with it and it’s not tearing. I like that it’s not elastic. It’s more like a rope and with all the different stretched you can achieve, it’s an all in one. It’s very worth it.

  7. Jason

It works, but there’s so many better options out there
It’s pretty good. It does what it’s supposed to do very well but I am giving it 3 stars maybe because of personal preference. I realize now that I’d prefer an elastic band or something stretchy. This has handles and loops marked with numbers to index your grips. It works, but it’s not that easy to use such as a big rubber band. Just a preference? But I regret this one.

  8. David

    Good stretching strap.
It’s a good strap. I wasn’t sure at first about the numbered loops, but after a few days, it actually helps to quickly identify which ones to grab for specific stretches.
