Makes me burp – tastes like rotting fish / combo foulness of everything rancid
The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest.The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) – they make me almost vomit each time.I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins.I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype.Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you.The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

My absolute FAVORITE vitamins! I love that you get several supplements that normally would have to be taken separately is all in one! They are minty but I don’t mind it. I have notice my brain fog is significantly less when I am consistent with these. I will forever repurchase these!

Love the Ritual vitamins! They are minty flavored and surprisingly easy on my tummy. I’m on my third month of vitamins with Ritual and I feel great taking these. I’ve been on a multivitamin for years so I can’t attest to all the ways they work but I can say that they are easy to take and I am NOT good with pills. I’ve had no stomach problems which is great because my tummy is VERY sensitive. If you’re looking for a good multivitamin, give these a try.

I have tried a handful of other multivitamins that have made me nauseous or feel icky after. These do NOT! These are fantastic. Worth the money, so far so good with these. The lemon mint flavor is great because if you burp they’re not nasty tasting like many others. Two per day. Easy. Feeling good!

After taking for a couple months, my hair and nails have grown stronger. I have more energy and am able to complete more tasks. I feel focused and calm. However, the minty flavor doesn’t overpower the fishy taste. As long as you drink plenty of water after you should be fine.

First, they lift my energy, and don’t leave that feeling of some vitamins where you feel a bit stomach sick – the capsules are designed to be delayed-release, meaning they are intended to dissolve later in the small intestine, rather than the stomach. fish burpssss
solid ingredients but can’t do the fish burps so i won’t be getting these again.i’ve been taking them for about a week and i continue to have a bad fishy aftertaste, similar to heartburn for hours afterwards. even after two meals it’s pervasive.
