This will be an unusual review as I am sending this back. BUT…I just left the hospital and had severe neck and back pain. So I ordered 2 items from Amazon to help with that. The day this arrived is the same day I saw my doctor for a follow up. I was told not to use any neck massage item if the ball could rub on my muscle problem but also touch my carotid artery. It does do that. So it is not the right item for me. I got another item a day later that does not do that. But this item works well if you don’t have that issue. Good design and works well. I work at my desk 5 days a week between 12 to 14 hours a day. My neck, shoulders and back always hurt. This device has been life changing for me. It massages deeply and melts away the tension I carry in my cervical spine and shoulders. I put the heat on and use it for about 20 minutes before bed. I sleep so well now. The Rike back and neck massager work well in my test. the unit is made of quality material and is easy to hold. The direction of the massage can be changed by the touch of a button. This Shiatsu Massager been amazing! The 3D kneading nodes and heat function really help relieve tension after a long day. Sehr praktisch finde ich, dass es mit Netzteil und einem Autoadapter geliefert wird, so kann man es auch unterwegs nutzen. Das Material ist bequem, atmungsaktiv und leicht zu reinigen. Riecht auch nicht so sehr nach Plastik. Ein richtig tolles Gerät für den Alltag, ideal nach der Arbeit oder beim Fernsehen.
