Good quality gua sha
This is a beautiful gua sha! It’s smooth and well designed. I like to use this in combination with a face oil. The curves easily glide on my face., I especially like using the smaller curve under my eyes/cheekbones. This is a really quick easy way to add a face massage element to your daily skincare routine. And it’s small enough to take with you when you travel! The piece appears to solid and durable and the stone is a nice color. I’m not totally sure if it’s jade, but it looks like it probably is. Overall it’s super nice and an amazing price! It’s also beautifully packaged so it would be a cute gift.

absolutely love this Rena Chris Gua Sha tool. The jade is smooth, cool to the touch, and feels like great quality—not the cheap, plasticky “jade” you sometimes get with other brands. Great quality, especially for the price! I was actually surprised by how nice this gua sha tool was, especially since I’ve seen some that were advertised as jade or quartz but felt like plastic. Unfortunately for me, I’m a klutz who dropped and broke it the first day I got it but that’s my fault 😭 I already plan to order another one though. It would also make a good gift or stocking stuffer – comes in a small but cute giftable box with a cloth wipe and a little instruction booklet for use and a QR code for a video tutorial. Highly recommend, especially for anyone just starting out with gua sha or anyone on a budget since some tools can get pretty expensive.

Great while it lasted
I love how this helps smooth my face unfortunately it cracked in half as I was using it. I was going to ask for a replacement right away but I became sick and unable to do. I will try today. Was hoping that the company would replace it but never received any replies from them or Amazon.

Product works great, as expected. It came in a nice box with a how to use guide, and a cloth to clean it.However, at the first drop (yeap, my fault) it was broken.

C’est un produit qui détend énormément ! Je l’utilise le matin l’après midi et le soir. C’est vraiment un chouette objet à utiliser et donne cette impression d’affinage du visage et peut être utilisé sur l’ensemble du corps, vraiment top!

The product is VERY heavy, doesn’t have same curves like the the one in the pictures it has a carved logo saying “Lösen” on one side and bar code of their fb page on the other. I tried using it and it’s the most unsatisfying feeling ever ! It’s heavy, uneven, my face hurts. I can’t return it and now i’ll have to buy a normal quartz one cause this is just horrible. I swear the product weighs more than my phone, guys the picture is misleading they are using this picture from another company and making dupes. Do not buy !!! I paid 738 EGP and they are just gone to the wind. Btw i send the company “Lösen” a msg on whatsapp saying their pics and product is misleading and all i got was a sorry. I rarely write reviews but I was so pissed and i had to warn any buyers here in Egypt.
