Refreshing, calming, and genuinely effective
I’ve ordered this variety pack twice now, and it’s one of my favorite ways to relax without getting a sugar or caffeine crash. Each flavor is light and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness to make you feel like you’re having a treat. I really like the strawberry rose and tropical bliss.What stands out the most is how calm and centered I feel after drinking one. The magnesium and adaptogens seem to help with stress without making you sleepy. It’s a little expensive, but it’s well worth it for the quality, taste, and clear relaxation benefits.

Magnesium supplemental drink with a chill factor
Great way to supplement magnesium for individuals who run low in magnesium or for individuals who find migraine relief/ pain relief from higher amounts of magnesium supplements.I found this product to be relaxing and tasty. Taste is light and it is carbonated so if you’re not into mild flavor carbonation drinks than this might not be for you.It definitely helps me relax, sleep better and magnesium is great for pain relief and helps keep you regular also lol tmi I know , but this drink really can be helpful as a treatment option for ailments. It’s also a great replacement drink for those who do not drink alcohol but want to have a drink with friends. It will not give you a buzz or anything like that but it definitely has a chill factor to help you relax. Wish it wasn’t so pricey but it’s pricey no matter where you purchase it. Its a decent supplemental drink and is on my repurchase list.

Love mocktails!
Love these drinks. They are very refreshing and delicious. They are so expensive in my opinion but prefer over alcohol. They relax you very slightly.

Works great but expensive
Great alternative to alcohol! It really does work well. I have 2 in the evening and feel relaxed. They taste a lot like White Claw and very low calories. Great tasting but twice as expensive as a 12 pack of White Claw. Don’t understand why it’s SO expensive.

The best magnesium drink
I’ve tried other magnesium type drinks and I go back to Recess every time due to taste and effectiveness. After a stressful day at work, being still for a few moments sets the tone for the evening.

Not as great as the original recess drinks
I love the slim can recess drinks so much. This did not deliver on any of the ways that I love recess. First, the flavors are less intense because it’s a sparkling water. The flavors are good when you can taste them but I’m not a fan of sparkling water so my opinion here is biased. I also haven’t noticed the same relaxed feeling that I get from the regular ones. I’m not sure if that is because there are less of those ingredients or because I was so underwhelmed by the taste that I just didn’t notice how it made me feel. I won’t purchase this product again and I will stick with the regular slim can recess drinks.

Tasty flavors
This drink didn’t do anything for us. I like the flavor and the fizz that comes with it. We were looking for something to replace alcohol and came across this drink. The packaging is amazing, and the can is anti-sweat I believe. I chugged several of them in one sitting and to me it’s not worth the hype. Too expensive for “magnesium seltzer water”. Very low sugar content which is perfect for health benefits. However, we came here for the chill and relaxation.
