Stretching Made Easy—Even with Physical Limitations
Great stretch, and thanks to the excellent design of the strap, I could still use it effectively—just as my physical therapist recommended—even though I have limited mobility on one side.

  2. Daniel gordan

Gets a good stretch at difficult angles
I have a slightly different type of ankle/leg stretcher that holds and attaches a bit differently, this one was way superior. A better array of angles to get a good stretch that would be either super awkward or uncomfortable otherwise. Good for warmups or cool downs, or just when your doing stretches for the day. Holds your foot/ankle quite snugly and securely.

    It’s a very well-made product, but wasn’t for me.
It’s extremely well made. I ended up returning it because I couldn’t get a good stretch out of it, but I think that’s a personal issue as another reviewer mentioned – some people, depending upon their flexibility, may not get a very good stretch. I tried several times in various positions and it doesn’t do any better for me than my usual method without the stretch strap. But I do recommend the product to others, as I was quite impressed with how superbly manufactured it is.

  4. Honestly Speaking

Superb quality. Very comfortable to use.
“Thefitguy” takes quality to the next level! Now that I’ve seen this incredible strap, I would get anything he makes, knowing it would be supreme quality. This is the most amazing, high-quality stretching strap I have ever seen! The strapping material is very sturdy, like seatbelt strapping (it is not elastic, so it doesn’t stretch). Underneath that, in the loops section, is a thick neoprene that is smooth and soft against the skin and thick with a padded feel. The fabric is all black and the stitching is red, so I can see that the stitching is not only perfect, but highly reinforced so this will never fall apart from use.On one end, there is a soft, comfortable, wide foot strap with a Velcro closure to attach to my ankle and pull against the top of my foot. On the other end, there are a series of 4 loop handholds so I can choose how long or short I need the strap to be. I can choose a shorter and shorter length as I become more flexible and can pull my foot closer to my rear. I am in complete control of the stretch and can hold it until the muscles ease up and then pull it a little closer as I feel I can. This strap is so helpful for easily stretching the quadriceps and pulling my leg up straight behind me. No more twisting my back to try to grab my foot behind me (and losing my balance) and tweaking my knee when I inevitably pull it a little sideways. I’ve also used this strap while lying flat on my back with my leg up to pull my leg closer and get a great stretch on my hamstrings. It’s good to stretch both of these two opposing muscle groups. This strap helps me stretch in proper form and with good control so I don’t hurt myself.

Sturdy and versatile, surprised by how good of a stretch I got with it
When I say surprised, I don’t mean that I expected less of the product. By its initial appearance and how it feels as you hold and set it up, I thought this would be a solid, well-made strap, and it is. By surprised, I mean that because I’m already pretty handy at holding onto my foot and standing on one leg, I didn’t think a quadriceps stretch had much room to improve beyond that. What I learned was that having my foot in the strap allows me to stretch my quads more than just using my hand. I can pull further and position my leg more freely with the strap than I can with just holding my foot by hand. Additionally, I find the strap more comfortable to use while prone, which is good because not everyone (including me) always wants or is able to hop around on one foot to get a decent quad stretch going. If I have any gripes, I guess it would be that this is a bit of a unitasker (you know, those kitchen gadgets that only do one thing) in fitness terms. That said, the quadriceps is a pretty important uni to task in terms of muscles you want limber, so I’m fine with this strap being really good at one job instead of mediocre at five. Overall, good product, I recommend it.

    Probably better than i think
I have a few of these from different vendors. This one seems backwards.I have a hard time figuring out how it is supposed to work where the others are intuitively designed. The quality is really good, it’s just the design is odd.Mildly recommended product.

    Professional Quads Strecher
I purchased this Quads Stretcher in place of a yoga strap. This strap is very well made and heavy duty. It is overkill for treating my Achilles Tendonitis, but added an additional exercise to my regime in stretching my quads. The strap does not come instructions, but I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me to simply close the hook-and-loop strap around your ankle, ensuring that the logo is facing you and then, choose one of the padded grip loops and use it to pull the strap behind your back for a comfortable and effective stretch. I did this and the strap works as designed. In addition, I use the open loop (non-Velcro) side of the strap for calf stretches by putting the loop around the ball of my foot and lifting my leg while lying down at about a 45 degree angle and holding the strap tightly. I’m sure there are other exercises you can also perform with this strap.I’m impressed by the quality of this strap and would recommend it to others.
