Great Gift Set — Impressive Quality!
I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home.Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it.I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!

Would recommend buying if you wanna stay fit by staying at home.
I’ve been using the push-up board for about 1.5 weeks now and I love it. If you’re familiar with push/pull exercise in gym, you will be able to perform almost all push exercises for chest and triceps. However, I felt the pull exercises less effective whiling using this board. All the bands, handles are very robust and are of good quality. Overall, I’d recommend buying this product if you want to stay fit by staying home.

If you are looking for a great all-in-one home workout and on a budget, then I would highly recommend this board. If you are more like me and only work out when you feel like it, then I still recommend this board. When I first bought it, I used every function that this board offered. Now though, after owning it for a while, I mainly use it to stretch and warm up for the gym. Even though I don’t use it as much as I should, I still think that it is a good product.

Full gym at home. Super resistant, works the whole body.
This gym board is complete. I bought it a few months ago to give it to my husband for his birthday and he couldn’t believe all the accessories they include and all the exercises that can be performed, it’s literally a home gym and the best thing is that it works for the whole body without taking up a lot of space, or spending a lot of money. Includes a guide that explains the execution of each exercise and where in the body it works. It also explains how to assemble the board for each exercise. I recommend it 100%.

Dynamic handle broke
Overall, good items, the grips are comfortable, nice design, resistance bands feel nice, board feels sturdy, but my problem is that one of the “ Dynamic handles” came apart when I went to use it which is why I didn’t rate it very high, but everything else is great straight out the box.
