Good first roller
The packaging was good. This roller has small needles for beginning Derm rolling. There is no pain associated with the rolling. The quality of the product appears to be of good quality and it is easy to clean. This is a great first roller for Derm rolling.

pretty in pink 🌸 but too rich for my blood now
A wonderful dermaroller! Beautiful pink color. You can see the needles clearly through the device so you know it’s legit & not a fake one with spikes on the wheels that will damage your skin. Hence why I never purchase solid color rollers, I only buy the crystal clear ones so i can see the actual needles & know I’m not getting duped. I purchased this in January 2023 so 2 years ago, back when it was $9.99, unfortunately I was never never able to buy another one of this brand because they jacked up the price to $18 a few months later. I’ve since switched brands. You can get a perfectly fine crystal clear dermaroller for $10.

Very good Derma Roller!
It is light and easy to use. The needles are sharp enough and seem robust.I bought this for the first time and I could totally see its impressive work on my scalp.

Better than others I have tried
I don’t know about long term results of using this, but I do know that this roller somehow seems sharper than some others I have tried. I can tell because when I use it on my forehead/eyebrows I hear the crackly noise of it puncturing my skin. Some others I have tried don’t seem to do this, but just roll across the surface more unless I push quite hard.

Works and is easy to clean – stores well in package
I use this for my face and head – works perfect. I roll before using things like minoxidil (head obviously) or things like retinol, peptides, etc on face

Ouch!
The device is well made… No complaints there. The roller is narrow making it difficult to keep it flat on the skin when rolling your head. My real issue is that it hurts…a lot. I have a pretty high pain threshold, but I couldn’t take it at anything more than light pressure. It felt something like slicing your head with a razor. Consider yourself forewarned.
