Make sure it fits properly
It did not satisfy my needs. The brace kept riding up. When it stayed in place, which was only for about 10 minutes, my back felt great and I was standing up straighter. But it did not last when the brace slid up. I tried tightening it and loosening it. Nothing worked and I unfortunately had to return the product.

I’m considering returning this brace. It doesn’t really pull my shoulders back, but its presence reminds me to straighten my back. The tightening straps are poorly designed; it’s difficult to pull up to tighten them instead of pulling down.
