These definitely made a difference in my hair post-partum. I noticed it stopped falling out as much when I started taking these. They taste good and were a good texture. I liked that they weren’t sticky and overly gummy. I think they were a pretty good value especially since I didn’t need to be on them for forever, just the early postpartum period.

Too much biotin, not safe
Be very wary of the level of Biotin in this, it is not safe for pregnant women. There have also been studies that have proven that this level of Biotin (5000 mcg) will make bloodwork/lab results inaccurate. Additionally, if you are trying to get pregnant and are taking these, either stop usage or use a test other than First Response. First Response uses Biotin in their tests as a binder and can give you a false negative. I was disappointed that Pink Stork did not disclose any of this information

I like these gummies and I like the company but I’m not sure how well they are working. Taste is totally fine. Very much like fruit gummies you get at a grocery store. Doesn’t seem to make me sick and I’m breastfeeding and it doesnt seem to affect my baby. 3 weeks in and I don’t see a major difference. I am noticing less hair falling out when I brush but it’s still not the best when I shower. I’m 5 months postpartum on 3rd baby for context. Still, I’m going to continue to try these because of their other products that I feel confident in. Thanks.
