I absolutely love this Pilates set! The rings are sturdy but still have the perfect amount of resistance, and the padded handles make them super comfortable to use. Decent set for starting out
If you want something inexpensive that will just get you started on your pilates journey, this is a pretty decent set. If you are doing pilates multiple times a week and are advanced, you’d probably want to go with something a bit more durable than this. If you aren’t too sure if you are going to stick with it and want to get a feel for pilates or only do it periodically, this set is more than enough! I love that it even comes with a pump and everything has been pretty durable thus far.
