Outstanding monitor, accurate and very easy to use
This monitor has been very accurate and useful for daily monitoring of blood pressure. It connects easily to the OMRON app and within seconds sends results of each check to the app. This monitor has been very easy to use. It has a large screen with a simple layout that makes seeing results effortless. I’ve used it every day for over a month and checked it against the doctor’s readings and it is spot on.

Machine is 5 star, but shipping could use some improvement
I love this BP monitor. It is really top notch when it comes to accuracy and ease of use. I have several others including a 30 year old Omron that I didn’t trust anymore due to wear and tear. I was just going to replace the cuff, but figured I might try the latest and greatest. And it is really, really good.My only problem comes with ordering this. I actually ordered it THREE times. Each time I was told it would be delivered the next day, only to be told multiple times that it was delayed. The delays were so bad, Amazon messaged me saying I could cancel my order if I wanted. No, I wanted the machine. After a week of waiting, I canceled my order and tried again. Then Amazon mysteriously deleted the second order. Third time was the charm though. It ended up taking about a week to deliver and I just ignored the messages saying I could cancel the order. The takeaway is that the product is fantastic, but fulfillment could be worlds better. Still a five star product.

Very effective and gives you a lot of needed information.
You can use it with or without the app. The app holds more storage but you don’t need it. It measures quickly and even gives alerts for high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, a fib, etc. It was really easy to learn how to use and the instructions walked my through everything. It comes with a traveling case that’s the perfect size. The screen is big so you can clearly see everything displayed. I had my doctor test it for accuracy and it was very close to the results their machine gave.

Accurate, quick readings, good bluetooth interface
This is my 2nd Omron which I bought for the bluetooth option for better, easier tracking of pressure. This is easy to use, accurate, easy to read with its high-contrast display (white numbers on black background), and quality build. Best of all is the bluetooth connectivity to smart phones and the Omron app, which in my case can be set to share data with my AppleHealth app (so I have all my health data in one place). And that’s the main reason why I bought this device. Bonus – works on battery or plug-in power and comes with a carrying case. Minus – I wouldn’t say it’s large but if you need a small portable device there may be smaller options for you (check the dimensions). For me, the size is fine – accuracy and bluetooth were more important for me.

works good and it’s giving me accurate readings. I use the setting where it takes three measurements in a row for an average. you can set the interval in between measurements to 30 seconds or 1 minute or your personal interval preference. it’s easy to set up if you just follow directions and screen is easy to read. worth the money. it has an AC adapter if you don’t want to depend on batteries but keep batteries in the unit to power memory.

Great BP monitor! Takes an average of 3 readings quickly. Very easy to use and link with app.It allows for a 2-profile setup but I have only used it for oneThe instructions are not as intuitive as needed but the basic setup instructions are adequate. Follow them exactly to set up easily.

The AF Feature Makes This Unit Difficult To Use
About 80% of the time I do NOT get a BP reading. Instead the unit says AF! I know what AF feels like when checking my pulse because I have had it. But I can check my pulse and there is NO AF – and there hasn’t been for years. Yet the unit says there may be. In the meantime, if the unit detects a possible AF, it does NOT display any BP reading. So I do not get my BP. I have to try multiple times until I get a reading without the AF indicator so I can actually get my BP – which is the reason I bought a BP monitor.I called Omron, but they had no option. I nicely suggested they add an option to disable the AF feature in cases like this. Their response was to buy the Silver level BP monitor because it does not have AF detection. It was too late to return this unit on Amazon.There should be a way to turn off that AF test – OR show the BP and an AF warning and let me decide how to handle that.

Finally, an electronic blood pressure cuff that gives me consistent and accurate results. I know they’re accurate because I have compared them to my blood pressure using a manual cuff in the same sitting.
