Helpful for Tennis Elbow Recovery — Even Though It’s Designed for the Knee
I originally bought the PhysioFlex with the intention of using it to help rehab a case of stubborn tennis elbow. While the device is clearly optimized in shape and design for use on the knee, with a few adjustments and positioning tweaks, I was able to make it work effectively on my elbow.I used the PhysioFlex twice a day, always with both the heating and vibration settings set to high. In combination with this, I scaled back my upper body workouts for about four weeks and made a conscious effort to avoid repetitive heavy lifting with my left arm to reduce strain.After consistent use and giving my body the rest it needed, I’d say I’m now at about 90% recovered. The pain that used to wake me in the middle of the night is gone, and I no longer rely on daily ibuprofen to get through the day.Tennis elbow is one of those frustrating injuries that takes time and some form of rehab to heal truly. I can’t quantify exactly how much of my recovery is due to the PhysioFlex, but I’m confident it was a contributor to the healing process.Hope this helps someone else considering this for rehab beyond just the knee.

Effective Relief for Knee Pain
Bought this knee massager for my wife, and she’s really happy with it and I end up using it too. The quality is solid, and the red light heating and touch screen are great features. It seems to be of high quality materials and build. It’s portable, cordless, and works well for relieving her knee pain while relaxing on the couch. I’ve also found it helpful for occasional knee discomfort after pickleball or hiking. The red light heat function warms up quickly and provides soothing relief. A worthwhile purchase.

This knee massager has been a game-changer! I can just kick back on the couch or sit at my desk while using it. The heat is so soothing, and the vibrations really help ease my stiff joints. The red light therapy is a nice bonus since everyone seems to rave about the benefits these days. It’s super easy to use, comfy to wear and lightweight. My knee feels less sore and way more flexible now. This one costs about half as much as the old FORTHiQ model my husband got for me before but it works even better. I’ll be getting this as a gift for my parents too.

Awesome Knee massager
I was initially doubtful about this massager, but after just a couple of days, I noticed a real improvement. Placed another order just now so I can use on both knee. Previously, my mobility was so restricted I required a handicap placard. After using this device consistently, my pain has significantly decreased. It’s easy to set up and use, especially around the knees. I’ve been using it for a month now, and it continues to relieve my pain effectively. I even managed to handle cramped concert seating without discomfort by using the massager afterward.
