Small metal bead fell off with first use and unit does not heat up.
Just received this yesterday. As it shipped internationally I received it past the 30 day return window. First use just now and one of the small round beads fell off. Also, the unit does not heat up.

Only worked well for a couple months
Worked awesome when I first got it 3 months ago. Really helped my tension headaches and neck issues. Gradually the tens unit and massage function have gotten weaker and weaker no matter how long I charge it.

Used this product immediately for radiating pain that starts from the lower neck to my shoulder and down my arm. First treatment resulted in less pain and numbness. I am going to keep using this !
