Love. I am very patient when it comes to writing reviews because I want to be able to give an honest review of the product so here it goes – I have purchase these gummies 4x now in a couple of different flavors. All of the flavors are good so pick whatever makes you happy. The texture of all flavors are identical. The price for what you get is great. I take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 gummy before bed because that is how I like to do it. I like to blame my brittle nails on tge many years of being an acrylic nail gal. So, I wanted to try these just to see if they helped strengthen my weak nails. I went through 2 bottles and then took a break for roughly a month. During that month, my nails became brittle once again. I bought a 3rd bottle and halfway through the bottle, I noticed a difference in my nail strength. Took a break again and they became weak again. Bought another bottle and my nails are doing great. This is enough data points for me to know that these gummies are doing something. Just because they work for me, it doesn’t mean they will work for you but I would recommend giving them a shot. If you like them, do sub and save so you never run out.

My daily source of Biotin
I love these gummies. My hair, skin and nails feel healthy whenever I take two of these daily. The gummies are strawberry flavored and not too sweet so I think this is good for diabetics. The gummies came in these bottles and while it’s true that they don’t stick with each other, they will soon do specially if it’s summertime or the air gets too humid, so I placed a food-grade desiccant on mine in case that happens. The gummies I ordered are good for around 7 months.

Maybe it’s just my imagination…
…but I felt my hair growing. It’s day 4 taking these and my cornrow braids are less tighter, even after day 2 I felt less hair tension. Normally it’ll take a week for relief to set in. But they feel looser (hair growth at the roots). I do consume 4 of those bad boys in my daily dose. But my liver is strong and my chemical tolerance of stuff is very high…don’t know why, just is. Don’t be like me, follow the directions.They taste great, thats why i overdose on them lol However, I’m keeping one star for the future results.

This by far is the best vitamin for hair! I’ve tried everything under the sun (except for Nutrafol which is a lil’ pricey for me). I didn’t real notice a difference in my nails (I’m really rough on them), but my hair? Seems stronger, grows faster, and is healthier looking and feeling. Totally worth it. Oh and the texture and taste of the gummy, makes it easy for me to take–very tasty, and not super fruity or sweet.

I can’t lie i definitely do see the change in my hair it seems more shiny and healthier longer as well, the gummies do function I even noticed my nail growth you’ll notice that and my nails have become more thicker not frail like before like thin idk but this product does work my skin does have a glow to it but I still get acne so it doesn’t magically clear up you face.
