Yes,My husband and I take 2 every day. There are many benefits. This particular magnesium was suggested by my chiropractor years ago. No matter where you look you won’t find the 3 kinds of magnesium included, but this one does. We’ve taken 2 a day for over 3 years. Very Beneficial to prevent other health problems.
