I won’t pretend that I have a clue as to what exactly Moissanite is and how it’s priced. This necklace is one of the more expensive ones I’ve ordered lately, but it’s also one of the prettiest. To me, the price for this necklace is about what I would pay for a similar one, but with diamonds, but I need to do some research and find out what makes these stones more pricey. Having said all of that, it really is beautiful in person. Honestly I don’t think any photo does it proper justice, because it doesn’t fully accentuate the sparkle or shine. The gold coating is a bright, yellow type of metal. The chain itself could be better in my opinion, especially for the price, but it’s not the worst. It just feels and looks like the typical cheap chains that come with any pendant and with this one being more on the pricey side, I definitely think it should be better. I also wish these chains were made longer in length. I’m in the process of getting a separate chain that I can use for this pendant because it really is stunning, but it would look much better with a different one. The heart itself is decently big; bigger than I thought it was, at least. It’s really perfect in size because its definitely big enough to be noticeable and draw attention to it, but not so big that it looks gaudy or like cheap costume jewelry. The stones are stunning. They sparkle and shine, especially when being moved around in different types and temperatures of light. The stone in the center of the heart, is large and it is a great attention grabber. The little stones that sit on the outer edges of the heart pendant are also beautiful and they definitely accentuate the center stone and add to the overall design of it. They do include the jewelry cloth to wipe it with and the packaging alone was terrific. It’s very clear that this is a company that puts thought into their products and how they look for the first impressions. Inside of the box, is a little card that shows all information about the Moissanite and it’s grading. There’s also a warranty on it too. Basically, the certificate of authenticity is where you can find all of the specs from a grading standpoint, along with the warranty for the necklace, as well. While I have no idea if Moissanite is actually a precious gem or not, this necklace actually looks like real diamonds are in it and I am very happy with it.

I got this necklace as a birthday gift for my best friend, but let’s be honest, I had to “inspect” it thoroughly first. You know, for quality control. The moment I opened the box, my initial thought was, “Wow, that’s a lot of sparkle for the price!” It’s seriously shiny and doesn’t look cheap at all. The heart is a great size—noticeable but not “I just robbed a jewelry store” obvious. The I LOVE YOU engraving is a sweet, subtle touch. It felt surprisingly substantial when I held it, not flimsy. My friend absolutely adored it and hasn’t taken it off since. I just hope the clasp and plating are in it for the long haul, because she’s not a delicate flower when it comes to her jewelry. Fingers crossed it stands up to her daily adventures of… well, being alive. A genuinely lovely little piece!Pros:· The sparkle factor is unreal. It catches the light from every angle.· The weight of the pendant feels solid and well-made, not hollow or cheap.· The engraving is clear and adds a personal, sentimental touch.· Arrived in a cute box, making it gift-ready instantly.Cons:· The chain is a bit on the dainty side. I find the set of a chain with a heart pendant to be really pretty in person.The base metal is Sterling silver, and my piece is rose gold plated.The chain has a comfortable length, it is thin but well made and it appears sturdy enough. The lobster clasp closure is secure.The pendant is decorated with a one karat moissanite stone, and it is engraved with the words”I love you”. The main stone comes with a certificate of authenticity. The small additional stones do not.The overall impression is very good and the set would make a lovely gift, as it comes presented in an elegant hard box.I really enjoy this pendant and I have been wearing it lots lately, including through bathes and showers.
