Nice substantial jacket with a lot of style! XS fits true to size and it seems to be well made
Love this blazer. The heavy tweed texture of the fabric is substantial, with flecks of a subtle gold thread, giving it the look of a more expensive jacket. The single button closes with no pulling. I’m 5 ft 2 in and weigh 100 lbs. the XS fits me well; even though the shoulders are a little wide for me it still looks fine (I have very narrow shoulders). As I am short, double breasted blazers tend to make me look “squatty” but not this one. The cut of this jacket is flattering and the length is good for dresses, trousers and jeans so I can dress it up or down depending on the occasion. The seaming gives it a slightly fitted silhouette and a nice subtle touch of style. The weight is good and it is warm enough to wear on a cool day; and since I live in Upstate South Carolina, I can probably wear it into winter. It is fully lined so it is easy to pull over long sleeves, drapes nicely and doesn’t ride up on the hips. I also appreciate that it is machine washable, although I have not washed it yet, so I don’t know how it will hold up. I would definitely recommend this blazer if you’re looking for a stylish, well-made and versatile jacket on a budget.

Gold thread, silver buttons
This is a very nice and heavy winter blazer. Loved the fabric, and fit. However, the black blazer has gold threading all over it which I loved, until it was delivered and I noticed the buttons were silver. It just stands out a lot with all of the gold threading, so I’ll be retuning. Hopeful to get another color that won’t have this issue.

Plaid/brown version gets an A+
I rarely leave reviews but this blazer is worthy. I ordered the plaid/brown in large (normally wear 8-10). Fits perfectly (sleeves are always long on me—these can hemmed, discreetly tuck in or use a hidden arm band to keep them crunched). I saw a nearly identical blazer at Draper James in Nashville. My friends guessed mine was at least a $250. Very stylish with jeans. (The other fabrics don’t seem as nice looking as the plaid/brown. I’m picky. No, it’s not a Veronica Beard, but for the price, it’s truly a great jacket.)

Beautiful blazer, it’s heavy with long arms, tiny waist.
It’s way to long in the arms for me and to big across the chest but tight in the waist. It’s a heavy jacket it just doesn’t fit correctly. I’m thinking it’s because of the weight of the jacket. I’m so disappointed I wanted a nice blazer it’s absolutely beautiful but I have bought many new clothes this past year but this sadly has had the worst fit. If you are bigger in the chest, tiny waist and have long arms this may be a perfect jacket for you. It just looks sloppy on me.

A piece of elegance
Was very happy with the quality of this blazer. The herringbone is dressy and can be worn with dress pants/skirt or with jeans. The material is soft but sturdy and has a nice liner. An extra button was included with blazer. My package was delivered in my mailbox, but this blazer was wrinkle resistant. It was worth the money.

Not for me
~I am 165lbs at 5’3″, measure 36DD-32-42, and wear M or L tops. I bought a Large in Black.~This is a nice looking blazer, just not for me. It’s primarily black with a plaid pattern and gold threads throughout. It’s medium weight, and comes to the end of my hip. I’m not a huge fan of gold hardware. I think I was hoping the fit and style of the blazer would help me over look that. The shoulders are a little too structured. When I move my arms the structure inside the shoulder also moves, and as a result it doesn’t look like it fits me correctly. If I were to button it it would be a tight fit, perhaps because of my large chest. Last but not least, the arms are too long, a common problem for me. I gave it 4 stars because it may still be a good blazer for someone else, and is of decent quality.

Size is considerably small. Quality is not as it expected. Also, when returning the product you have to pay for return shipping which is considerably expensive. Make sure you pick the right size the first time.

First off i never leave reviews but wanted to warn ppl to beware. I am 5’4” 140. I ordered XL. WAYYYYYY too small. Not to mention, the stench was unbelievable. It hung outside for several days but still stunk. Finally put thru was on perm press and loaded it with Downy. I actually let it sit in washer overnight on rinse cycle. I could not even donate it in that condition.I reordered a XXL, I don’t think a 140 lb person is a double Xl. However, this one fit. It’s still hanging outside, day 3 trying to get the stench out. It will be soaking in Downy and cold water as well. It is cute however, be aware the sizing is messed and it stinks bad.
