These vitamins are fantastic! The sweet scent of coconut that fills your nose when you open the package is amazing. These have to be the easiest pills I have ever swallowed. Smells like coconut. Easy to swallow. Other than that, it’s a vitamin: it presumably does what a vitamin does. With regards to dosage, I saw several reviews saying the dose is drastically too large. I suggest those who left them check their conversion rates. Recommended daily dose of vitamin A is 700-900 mcg. This product is measured in IU. Conversion to mcg is: IU x 0.03 = mcg. That means this product provides 750 mcg at the recommended daily dosage, well within the recommended daily intake.
