Great Purchase !!!
I was pleasantly surprised to see a product like this really work and feel like a expensive type of equipment!!! Everything in the description is accurate and true. Very easy to use and handle. It is a little weighty, but I need to work my arms out any way. I have enjoyed using the vibrating plate machine. I have worked up to 10mins so far, looking to increase the time and moves very soon. I felt the difference in my muscles all over!!! Very comfortable and sturdy. Great purchase!!!!

Great quality and quiet machine
This vibration plate came nicely packaged and feels very well made, it is very sturdy and I really like the size, it’s not a huge distraction in the room and very easy to store. I truly feel wonderful after I’ve used it, I have used it everyday for at least 20 minutes since receiving it. The Bluetooth connection is super easy and the machine is very quiet. I also really like the preset modes once you figure them out and what suits you and your body. I do find that I like my feet a bit more “spread out” on the plate be close together, I feel like it’s giving me a better shake down lol. However starting with your feet together might be better for someone just starting. I can see how the vibrations may cause some discomfort or balance problems at at first. The directions are pretty simple, with the exception of the pictures of people doing different exercises, I can’t really tell if the plate is on while doing these other exercises or if it’s offering just another way to use the device, it doesn’t really say. The arm bands it comes with don’t seem to do much, the tension isn’t quite enough, they seem a little too easy to use, so I don’t use them much, when I do I cross them, that gives them a little more tension but not a lot, I plan on just purchasing a set of dumbbells to help work my upper body. This machine also comes with a remote which is helpful, I use that most of the time to start the machine vs bending over to start it, nothing significant about the remote, it’s simple and does the job. Over all this is a great value for the money, I highly recommend this brand. Other plates are way more expensive and do the same things, I will be buying another one for my other home.

Skeptical but keeping it 🙂
I really wasn’t sure if I would keep this. I mean how can it really work right? But it does seem to help me with puffiness and it helps loosen up my muscles. It seems well built, is quiet, remote works, and is light weight and easy to move around. Has a variety or programs and settings to work with.My complaint would be it didn’t come with directions and I don’t know that the hand straps are useful as there isn’t enough resistance.But overall I am happy with purchase and will be keeping it.

Worth the money!
I’m a nurse and after long shifts even though I’m exhausted my legs (even with wearing compression socks) feel restless. I bought this and make it an every night routine before bed. Ten minutes on this and I sleep so much more soundly. 100% worth the money, excellent quality, and such a variety of ways to use this. Surprisingly Worth it!
Rarely, if ever do I do Amazon reviews. But, I had to do one for this machine. Its worth it, the price is reasonable for what you get. I watched several reviews on others machines, before purchase of this one item, and hands down, I am happy with my purchase. Its is great for circulation, soreness, and stiffness in your body, also the blutooth capability is kool. Its quiet, and not to heavy or clunky to move around. I felt like I had a full body massage, after only 10 minutes, and Sidenote: I have also improved my sleep due to the relaxation vibrational exercise provides. I would absolutely suggest this item to family and friends in the market to buy vibration plates for wellness!
