Great blocks for strength exercises
I love these blocks for yoga strength drills and working on jump throughs and jump backs. They have a narrow width so you can grasp the whole block. Also the cork makes them stable and firm when you are pressing them into the ground. I have lots of tools that I thought would be helpful and I never use. I have used these a lot since I received them. Their only downside is that they are on the pricey side. I have never seen a cheaper alternative.

Solid. Supportive.
Excellent cork blocks and fortunately my cat does NOT love to sink her teeth into them like she does with the foam blocks. These should last a very long time. Extra firm and supportive, although sometimes a little too firm for things like lizard, resting forearms on the blocks, or under the lower back for legs up the wall. For softer positions that need support, I might switch to foam blocks but for stronger poses like flying half moon or even standing L or standing splits with blocks, it’s nice to have a more solid support block.

Corner Broke After 4 daysIse
Used this in Yin Yoga practice for four days and corner broke. Reason for purchase was that I lost a Giam foam block. Based on reviews mentioning corner breakage during shipping I carefully checked for damage finding none. I know it’s under warranty for 30 days with Amazon, but replacements would have same problem over time. At this point it has full functionality, just more character.I really enjoy them for stability. I am keeping the undamaged Giam around for support poses that I need a cushion, i.e. on the head or when I place it between my knees.I am surprised that this hasn’t shown up on Amazon’s return resale which is listed under other sellers on the item page. I would suggest that people try there if they don’t mind cosmetics.

Perfect size!
So happy I bought these. These are perfect for me to take to my yoga classes (I appreciate my studio but their blocks smell), as they aren’t too bulky yet provide the stability I need for various poses.

Great sturdy blocks!
This is my first set of Manduka blocks and I am so impressed. It is sturdy and well made. I’ve used them a couple times already. It looks like ithry will last I have used another brand previously and it was made of a super light foam material that got scratched and dented easily. I am So happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend for others to purchase.

I really like the weight and sturdiness of these. I have had the softer style before, but these are nice and firm and larger than my former foam yoga blocks.They are really great and am so happy with my purchase.
