Great Alternative to Oral Magnesium
I can’t tolerate taking magnesium orally, but these patches work wonders for me. I have blood tests to prove that they do indeed boost your magnesium levels (a LOT if you take them every day, be careful about that, haha).

No idea if it works or not it wouldn’t stick. I’ve used different brands with no problems no idea if I got a bad batch or what but it was a waste of money

These are great BUT too strong for me. I recommend you look at the strength of each patch. Find whats best for you.

Good quality patches deliver magnesium without the gastrointestinal side effects of tablets. Having used these myself, I can recommend them to my patients. LiveToShine is a small company with outstanding customer service. I accidentally ordered more patches than I could use. When I emailed the company to ask about returning the patches, one of the owners authorized a refund even though it was well past the usual return date.

Started to feel the Calm
I give my son magnesium because I think he’s a little anxious, so I figure I’d give these patches a try (bc I will always forget a vitamin).I felt the calm! I was able to keep my cool with him more. Took my time to speak and think through.Overall, I like them. Make sure you apply to a CLEAN area. They are sticky and leave a residue. Wash it off ASAP or it’ll start to itch.I wish there was more distinct labeling on the patch so I knew what it was. But the packaging is very thin and easy to store. However there is no safety seal so keep these out of the reach of kids!
Total garbage! It won’t play a DVD, DVD gets stuck, the power won’t turn on. Total waste or time and money. –

This does absolutely nothing. No change whatsoever. Not working for me.
