It comes in nice packaging and overall satisfied with what it offers at this price point. These are great supplements for increasing immunity, bone health and helping with sleep. It is a premium one and I would highly recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Healthy product for multiple health needs. It helps with increasing immunity, bone health and also helps with sleep once taken before bed time- Nice ingredients in it- High concentration of nutrient in each serving- Haven’t seen any side effects after consuming these. Easy to swallow
I personally found these pills really easy to swallow and the main thing I noticed is that I didn’t have any issues with acid reflux, disgusting burps afterwards or upset stomach if I wasn’t able to take these with food or on a full stomach. The pills are surprisingly not that big which is probably the reason why they’re so easy to swallow. I bought these because I was having muscle cramps at night and not getting restful nights. Plus my magnesium levels were low. I have tried gummies but those didn’t work. Since using these pills, my magnesium levels are now back in the normal range and I no longer have muscle cramps and I’m getting better and deeper sleep than I was before taking these. Plus they don’t interfere with my prescriptions either.
