Back aches
This is the most comfortable lower lumbar pillow. I have used it to help me sleep. Usually I would get up from bed and have the most uncomfortable ache. This pillow has help fits comfortably on your side or directly on the lower back. It has grooves. It seems light and it is, but it gives support. The material is soft cloth which it’s washable. Although it is not a miracle pillow, it will give you comfort. May also be used on chairs.

Life changer for my back pain
This pillow has provided relief to my extreme back pain. I was waking every morning with terrible pain in my back and hips until I started using this pillow and now I’m no longer waking up with the pain.I can use the pillow three ways, by laying on my back, or on either side. I was pleasantly surprised to find it provides support whether I’m back sleeping or side sleeping. Worth every penny.

Didn’t WorK for Me
Very well made but for my purposes – using as lumbar supper on a reclining sofa – it didn’t allow the sofa to support my shoulders. Probably would be good in office desk chair or possibly in the car.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！
