Amazing Coverage Without Feeling Heavy – Perfect for On the Go
I have been using the Laura Geller New York Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Powder Foundation for a while now, and it is honestly the best product I have tried for hiding deep lines. It smooths and evens out my complexion better than anything else I’ve used, yet it never looks heavy or cakey.I love that I can reapply it throughout the day whenever I need without worrying about it looking thick or unnatural. It keeps my skin looking fresh, light, and radiant no matter how many times I touch it up.The powder is also perfect for on the go. It’s compact, easy to carry in my bag, and quick to use when I need a little boost between errands or meetings. Overall, this foundation gives excellent coverage, feels weightless, and makes my skin look naturally flawless. I will definitely keep this as a staple in my makeup routine!

Great product
I have been wanted to try a product from Laura Geller and when this went on sale on a Prime Day I bought this color correcting powder. I am very pleased with this powder and I like how there is a slight shimmer and nice color to it. I got the medium shade after reading a lot of reviews and I’m glad I did because I feel that the lighter shade would not cover as well. I like the ease of application and I use one of my brushes I already had. This product works well and it seems like the product will last a long time.

Worth the Splurge if on sale
I got the Fair and was not sure if it would work because I have a neutral skin tone that gets pale in winter and tans in summer. I got it specifically due to cheapest price point. I consider this makeup high end for my meager budget and would never pay full price. However something told me to go ahead. I don’t regret the purchase at all. I’m 50 with slight signs of an aging face, few wrinkles, a little redness sometimes, hormonal acne, once in a rare while. It went on darker than anticipated and later self adjusted in about 15-20 minutes. It evens out skin and gives a soft focus diffused look. Very quick to apply and stays put. Plus it feels like I have nothing on my skin, no makeup feel at all. I would definitely recommend especially at the current sale price. Give it a try because it definitely looks like this lady has some good makeup. It would be lovely to be able to afford to try more of this line. Just like good skincare at any age, a good makeup line is definitely a nice up level. This one is definitely worth it!

Game Changer for Oily Skin
I have see many ads for this makeup but like most was hesitant to try. I have been using tinted moisturizer forever because I hate how heavy and slick makeup would get because I have such oily skin. Even BareMinerals would get drippy and oxidize on me. I did figure out finally that I needed a gel moisturizer and that helped a lot with makeup but it still never felt like it lasted all day. This makeup is so light it feels like I’m wearing nothing. It’s light coverage but it is buildable. Plus, it doesn’t settle into my fine lines like other products I was using. I also feel like the color blended very well on my face and neck and there is no dreaded orange line. I would definitely say give this brand a shot if you want some light coverage that blends well and doesn’t melt off your face

Inconsistent Blend – DOES settle in Wrinkles/Lines
I have been using this product for over a year now.. I’ll admit that despite my lower rating and the issues I’ll explain, I’ll probably continue using the product until i can find a better option. To explain further..My biggest issue is that the consistency of this product is VERY unpredictable.. I provided a picture of an example.. the two products in the picture are the exact same product.. baked & brighten foundation in color: fair.. the product on the right is the what i was replacing and the product on the left is what i was sent. Again this is the EXACT SAME PRODUCT. You can easily see how much lighter the newer product is on the left. The blend is so different and is mainly the lighter shade in the blend. I purchased these products only a month apart. This inconsistency has happens very often….The blend is always inconsistent. This newer shade is too light for me so, this means i had to order ANOTHER in a shade darker to mix the two products to match my skin. That’s expensive, unfair and annoying. I should not have to worry about getting a consistent color. Matching this to your skin is definitely not as easy as they depict. I found matching my skin tone to be really difficult initially and with the inconsistent blend, I continue to have this issue.In addition, this absolutely DOES settle in deeper wrinkles and lines.. it even settles in fine lines. This is better than some other foundations meant for aging skin but, this hardly helps the issue with lines and wrinkles.. especially if you sweat! I am almost 42 yrs old so my lines are faint. This settles in the one wrinkle i have near my nose/lip area. I constantly have to reblend this area.This also easily runs and smudges with even mild perspiration.But, it does give a soft appearance. It helps but does not fully cover redness. It’s easy to apply although it can cake up. It will even out skin tone. It feels fine on although multiple touch ups are required throughout the day.Overall, i only buy this product when it’s on sale or i have a discount. I have a hard time with paying full price since there are so many issues with it (about $37 full price).I feel like there are many better products but, it’s very expensive to keep trying to find the perfect foundation for me. I hope to find a better product but will use this until. I guess i recommend it but, if you suspect there is a better option, maybe try that first..Thank you for reading my review 💜

My wife bought this and she loves it. she has fair skin and the color is perfect and covers what she wants covered. she says it can feel a bit dry when first applied but lasts all day without setteling in to fine lines
