Joint Massager
This massager is a great idea but i’t a bit cumbersome. It doesn’t stay put on all the joints as advertised even when really tightening the straps. It works great on knees but not very well on shoulders of the average build person. I think you would have to have pretty broad shoulders in order for it to work. I think it would work a lot better if the hard shell was made of flexible material to allow it to be tightened more to better mold to individual joints. It is comfortable on the joints I can get it to stay on and I do really like the heat feature the best. It also has vibration which is mid level so it helps reduce strain in my joints without being so strong it hurts.

Good value and helpful massager
I started experiencing knee pain recently, and this massager has made a noticeable difference. It helps relieve the discomfort and leaves my knee feeling much more relaxed after each use. I especially love that it’s cordless — it gives me the flexibility to move around or sit anywhere without being tethered to an outlet. Description error. item does NOT include a 2A USB type plug to recharge device.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:recommended by friend. However the current model does not include the charging plug. therefore to effectively use the device requires an appropriate charging plug ($8-15) if you do not have one. That should be stated in the description. The unit works as described, be careful using the heat mode if you have any metal in your knees.

Quit working after 3 uses.
Provided some relief as a gift for my husband who has knee issues, but then quit working after 3 uses. It will not turn on and is just a piece of junk at this point. It has been charged again but won’t operate any longer.

Great knee massager
My father-in-law has the same knee massager, and it’s great for his knees, so I got one for myself and it really works! It’s very easy to put on and take off, and it’s also easy to adjust the belts to go around the legs to fit different sizes. It’s very comfortable to wear, and has the auto function to adjust the heating and the vibration level, so it works great as a pain reliever. I’m using it everyday. I also love the robotic look, like something from Star Wars lol

The combination of red light therapy, soothing heat, and adjustable vibration modes really helps with stiffness and pain after long days or workouts, NOT for long term injuries. It’s easy to strap on, lightweight, and portable. Great for use while watching TV or working from home. The LED controls are intuitive, and I love being able to customize the heat and massage levels. It was a good add on for anyone dealing with knee discomfort!

Effective, but low battery life.
My dad has been using this for his knee for a bit. The only complaint he has is the battery life isn’t the best, but other than that it has been helping him. He believes it has been making a difference in his pain.
