I bought this yoga towel to use over my regular mat when working in hot, sweaty conditions. The size is a good fit for my mat and it stays in place while working out. I can feel the little knobbies through the towel, but maybe they are all like that, I don’t know. I chose the blue mandal design and I like it. Some reviews mention the colors being off from what is shown on the site, but they seem accurate enough on this design. You could use this on top of another mat for a hot yoga class, but you could also use it by itself if you wanted to lay it down on grass, sand or even carpet. It could work as a stand alone, very packable travel mat if you can work on something that thin, or if you know there will be some sort of carpet/rug. Washes well in the washer and dryer. Overall I have been happy with my purchase.

I researched for awhile and was about to pull the trigger on an expensive name brand travel mat, but I tried this one out and am very very happy! I just got back from a long wknd trip visiting a friend. I took my new indigo wolf mat/towel and it worked so PERFECTLY I cannot even express how happy I was to have it with me. I laid it out on the hotel room floor, and it didn’t move or shift at all while I was practicing and meditating. When I was done, I folded it in half so the underside never touched the upperside of the towel. Hotel room floors are well traveled so I didn’t want any of that on me! Machine washable! Anyways, I highly recommend this mat/towel and am super happy I bought it! 💚💚💚🕉️

Everything about this yoga towel is TERRIFIC!
Not only does it look pretty, with a nice design and color – it also is made from a perfect material that feels good and absorbs sweat well. The rubber-ish, pebbled backing creates a perfect non-slip surface. I LOVE this towel more than any others and I have tried many over the years.

I bought 3 different types of “non-slip” yoga towels and have been most pleased with this one. It stays put, feels good to lay on, and the print and coloring have maintained through ~20 trips through the washing machine. I plan to order another of the same.
