GET IT!!!
Hooked it up yesterday and I love it!!! My home is about 1000sqft and I started it on a Grade 5, 5:240 and it’s pretty strong. But I wanted to hurry up and get the scent throughout my home. Dropping down to a grade 3 to get more of a subtle scent. Purchased my oils from Honey and Hive Candle Co. if you’re wondering if it’s worth it, IT IS. As soon as you see a sale, buy it! No more plug-ins, empty candle jars, worrying about a lit candle, spraying something before guests come in. Now I’m super excited to find a signature scent for my home, find seasonal scents. Set up and install was pretty easy. I just wish this one had more of a bracket that hung across the back. I installed mine to hook up to the AC unit. PERFECTION.

Works SUPER well, very low maintance, efficient use of the oil, disperses well
This model worked pretty well on spreading the essential oil smell without needing extra water and using surprisingly little oil in itself. It works for a decent size room and honestly it did not require me to do very much. I did not have to refill too often. I just had to do some initial adjustment and it was good to go on its own. This is a fairly big device. It is not something you can mount. It does have grip on the bottom so it does not slide and it also balances well. Short of knocking it over like a glass of water, this will have no issues with falling. One thing I will say is that it does require certain oils and they are not the cheapest. That being said, it does not use up the oil quickly at all. If you were to use essential oils with water, you would actually run out quicker than if you use this which is surprising. You essentially save money in the long run with this device. This device is nice in that everything is easily automated and programmed to your liking. I can actually control the device with my phone which is nice. It will tell me if I need to do anything such as add more oil. This device is not battery powered and it does need to be plugged in to work. The on board screen is nice. It gives you the basic information while you phone will give you additional information. It is not noisy at all which is great. You can even program days where you want it to be more active. The scent is not extremely strong so it is not over using the oils. It is prone to scratches though on the glossy front. There are controls on the device itself if you do not want to use your phone. Please note that it is only connected to your device via bluetooth. It is not a wifi device. The instructions are not bad. Overall this device does a good job in utilize the essential oils without burning through the oil or causing it to be too strong. It is VERY low maintenance and easy to setup for the most part. You really only have to do the initial setup but once you are done it is good to go. It is not a smart device where you can connect it to your alexa but it honestly would not really need to. You set it up how you want and can adjust accordingly. It also disperses really well. The sides are prone to scratching but it looks pretty nice. You could place it anywhere in the room but it just needs to be near and outlet.

Not worth the money!
Total rip off in my opinion! Received with one tiny bottle of aroma oil which lasted a week or so. The bottle of aroma oil that came with the machine was 3.38 oz and to order another like it was about $50.00. Supposedly to get the right smell, one should order a Ritz Carlton aroma so I ordered a 16 oz bottle of Ritz Carlton for $50.00 bottle off the net and using this, I can smell no scent from the machine. Then I check the net and fine a 16oz bottle of the same name (Royal Serenity) and to order from Jcloud the price is $99. plus tax. I wanted this diffuser machine to work as advertised so I have kept trying to make it work and I find it totally worthless for the price I paid for the machine and the ridiculous price to procure aroma oil. The machine I purchased advertised it would provide scent for 2000 sq ft and with original oil that came with the machine I could barely smell it in a 500 sq ft room.Don’t waste your money–I should have sent it back after the first week and I would rate it 0 star if 0 star were available.

guess it was worth it?
I guess it works. I wanted my brother to stop lighting candles all the time because I worry he’s gonna burn something some day so I briefly looked up ‘stuff to make the house smell good’ for like 20 minutes then jumped to probably the most expensive solution – being this device. I almost wanted to return it while trying to set it up initially but once I actually read the instructions and figured it out (I was very against downloading an app… way too many devices these days require and app and I’m so sick of that) so yeah it works now and I got it set to a level 3 aroma setting from 7 am to 9pm and the house has a pleasant scent all the time that I only really notice when I first walk in then I don’t notice anymore.
