The item shipped quickly and came in one light weight box. The items are all great quality, the grip socks were very comfortable and strong grip for no slips. I love the package of the different levels of elastic bands, this keeps you from having to purchase them separately. Overall this product has been great and nice gift option.. Perfect for those just starting out with Pilates and that may need some guidance as it comes with a beginners guide.

This Pilates kit is compact and seems to be very durable. Easy to use and very minimal assembly is needed. Its great for stretching those muscles.

It’s very cheap and crackly
It’s very cheap. It’s not like it looks and I don’t know about the reviews that say it’s good, but it’s cheap plastic. The ring is much smaller than you’d think and the foam does not go all the way around it you can see the white plastic inside and it makes a cracking sounds when you squeeze it. I would spend $10 or $20 more for a better quality one. I’m going to return this, because my money is more valuable to me than this.

The inflatable ball is badly made as it can’t retain air in the ball as there’s no valve system at the aperture of inflation.The weight bands (each band of different weight & tension) are poor as the differences in tension between the range of bands are imperceptible.
