Very useful. Easy to set up. I think it helps my elderly mom to drink more fluids. She enjoys picking the light colors and picking out different colors periodically. Keeps her water cold for hour. Have not tried hot beverages yet.

Love the products. Disappointed in one of the straws
My whole family now has either a bottle or cup. We love these. It helps us be reminded to stay hydrated. However I gave only a 3 star because out of the 3 straws, the black one, the bottom of the straw came bent like maybe it never fully formed. I cannot use the black one because the opening isn’t all the way opened. It almost looks as if it was not fully opened during production or it was bent or something. Cannot even get air through it.

Couldn’t get puck to charge. Customer support did not provide a solution. I plugged into multiple outlets and tried different charging blocks and even reset.

This cup is not the same as the one I had previously as it does not come with the chug lid. You cannot close the lid if the straw is inserted. Very disappointing.

Lo devolví. Muy pesado, ancho para mi mano y no estanco en la posición cerrada (la tapa está de adorno). Además muchas veces no se encendía para avisarme de que bebiera aunque comprobé que estaba bien configurado varias veces y estaba cerca del móvil. Solo medía el consumo de agua con tragos grandes. Los sorbos pequeños los ignoraba. Una pena, la idea es buena pero tiene que perfeccionarse, tal cual está y a ese precio no me parece interesante.

I was looking for an insulated and connected tumbler for ages. This one maintains hot beverages hot for multiple hours, the battery is holding (I had it a month ago, I had to charge it only once). The fact that it’s connected is also a plus with the remainders to drink!For me, it’s an excellent product.

Inicialmente funcionó durante un par de días. A partir de ahí cada vez que relleno la botella la app pide recalibración lo que es un engorro. Por otro lado la app pide suscripción premium para ciertas características, pero si no consiguen hacer funcionar lo básico, los nice to have ya se los pueden quedar. Es más fácil llevar la cuenta con cualquier otra aplicación. No recomiendo porque al final tienes un termo con luz por un precio desorbitado. Compañía en quiebra 0.5 he tirado el dinero… Podía haber sido bueno pero no

Der Becher hat die gleichen Funktionen wie die Flaschen. Leider hat der Becher lediglich eine Plastik Schiebelasche zum verschließen der Trinköffnung. Der Deckel rundum ist dicht durch einen Gummiring. Aber aus der Trinköffnung läuft der Becher aus. So kann er nur stehend oder per Hand transportiert werden, was unpraktisch ist. Somit geht er leider zurück.

Although the concept is good , the cup itself isn’t , it has a sliding opening that leaks , you can’t carry in a bag as you worry it may tip up .The actual app is not a 100% either it said I drunk 2literes by dinner time which I hadn’t , great idea but not perfect, and for the price it should be .
